Yep, it's said that ISIS forces had been trained by USA, Israel and also Turkey special forces and the last week Russia destroyed a lot of trucks transporting illegal oil.

Funny thing is, Turkey changed their rules of engagement few years ago when their f-4 was shot down over Mediterranean by Syria. Any military air craft entering Turkish air space from Syria from then on will be shot down immedietly. So Russia knew about Turkey's rules of engagement, Turkey warned them like 10 times and according the their new rules of engagement they shot them down.

Syria shot down a Turkish plane without any warning, and Turkey updated their "regulations" for Syria.

 

Did you already forget about the leaked letter from Turkey to UN?

It mentions that Turkey changed their Rules of Engagement concerning Syria in 2012 after the plane shootdown and shows that Turkey reminded the new rules multiple times to everyone.

 

Even after that, Turkey followed NATO regulations for Syria multiple times. They restrict Russians from going to Turkey for tourism and block turkey exports to Russia. And guess what, Russians are turkey's biggest tourist groups and one of turkey's partners for trade. That's enough to hurt the civilians

Well, it's also been reported that the invasion only lasted a few seconds according USA militar sources but however things have really gone things are very tense between those two and as long as military forces from different countries keep sharing air space to fight ISIS forces in Syria this things are going to keep happening.

The Russian Jet wandered around the borders and then finally entering their base for aproximately 17 seconds, as I posted earlier, Turkey already informed they were going to shoot any plane that trespassed and Russia payed the price.

Well, yeah but what I'm trying to point out is that each country has their own interests and there are countries that seem more interested in sabotaging any union possibilities with Russia to fight the islam forces. So regardless of who's fault was it if things keep up like this it could turn very ugly.
