I think I wouldn't mind her checking my phone occasionally but I would be very freaked out if I discovered her sneakingly trying to spy me. At that point I'd assume she doesn't trust me or is very sure she's going to find something fishy about me. One could think of asking for her phone to even things out but I don't think that's a healthy behavior in a relationship because if you get too paranoid you're gonna have a bad time if you're constantly expecting to be cheated on.
