would you live in a house where someone died?

me and a coworker were talking today and he's looking at houses...he said this one house he's looking at is a little over 100k cheaper than other houses and about the same size. Catch is, it was mentioned someone died in it,i told him find out first if someone died of old age or was murdered there...that makes a big difference in my mind. but saving over 100k makes it very attractive i admit.

Definitely. But I think I'd be afraid to live in a house that has 'death' written all over it  It's just a scary thought for me.

I agree, 100k is a lot to save, I would have to really think about it

but I don't know if I would still accept it

I already do. I think it was either in my room or my sister's room. I don't normally think about it though.

Honestly wherever you are, someone has most probably died there, it's a natural occurrence. The only thing that would put me off would be if it's something extremely horrific or if it was something related to the house or the area itself.

If he does a tour of the house, He should take a dog with him. My sister's bf when he was buying the house he's in now had his dog with him and it started barking randomly at a closet.

He had the house cleansed after purchasing it.

cleansed do you mean by a priest? by chance do you remember how much they charge money for a cleansing?

Not really, we do get random weird noises and joke that it might be a ghost but I'm not that superstitious anymore. I've stayed in the house on my own a few times but I get more scared of some psycho breaking in more than anything.
