If not.. This probably happened during their "Disaster Alert" 72 hours survival.. The weather was terrible. Branches, pieces of woods in the water, rocks. Sungyeol was falling all the time. 1st episode he was on, he slipped when they hiked down the mountain they were on... And then there's the rat he tried to catch bit him. Had a scratch on his hand when he came back (we were able to see it on some pictures). If the cause (for his back) isn't one the two I said, then this will happen in the next episode ...
