When your bias has ordinary flu u defend them like crazy but when a girl actually has problems for years already that can ruin her voice once day completely all u can do is drag her. Even if her throat problems is why her high notes are so flop, she shouldn't be given them if she can't reach them without sounding like a dying cat. She probably should exactly. her voice is fine when she sings songs like ariana grande's the way or her own track bittersweet and crazy, if she's smart she'll stick to those types of songs for her solo.
