None tbh, jihyo and nayeon are average, and in my opinion mina and tzuyu, and maybe jungyeon too can carry a tune. The others are just there, i think.

Above average:

- Nayeon

- Jihyo

- Jungyeon

 

Borderline/slightly below average:

- Mina (average, although improving a lot, so I can see her moving up to the above average category soon)

- Sana

- Tzuyu (improving a lot also)

- Chaeyoung 

 

Below average:

- Momo

- Dahyun

to answer op's question, i'd say none. Jihyo, nayeon and jeongyeon are probably average.
