Jackson was invited before midnight through a phone call to join EXID's comeback live. Jackson was invited by Hani and came asap even though he was recording when she called and GOT7 works non stop.

 

However, the MC was being discrespectful towards him what angered knetizens and korean GOT7 fans.

When the idol stated, "I went to the jungle," Choi Hyo Joong repeated this in a teasing manner and said, "You're a 'blanca.' 'I went to the jungle.'" 

 

Although the other idols laughed, netizens relayed their immense displeasure at Cho Hyo Joong's words.  The term "blanca" is a derogatory term in Korea used to describe South East Asian labor workers working in Korea.  Fans of Jackson took offense and proceeded to leave angry comments.

They wrote, "Blanca..? Kekekeke are you in the right state of mind?  Do you need to laugh after maligning somebody?" "This makes me so mad..  Choi Hyo Joong is truly trash. How does he know how mannerless it is to joke with a word like 'blanca,'" "Choi Hyo Joong, I know MC-ing is MC-ing, but this was really not right. To call him a 'blanca'.... you need to properly apologize to him for this," "To call him a 'blanca' kekekekekeke is he really an educated person?" and more.

 

Someone on twitter said that the MC is a gagman and the Blanca he mentioned was mentioned earlier on Gag Concert as a derogatory term towards people from South Asia. Gagmen from Gag concert were also guests during EXID's show and laughed hard.

 

From NB: The guy literally said "blanca" and imitated the way Jackson was speaking (the way Jackson worded the sentence was a bit juvenile because he isn't fluent). He wasn't talking about the character, but I wouldn't put it past him to say he was to save his own ass. He has gotten in plenty of controversies in the past.

AND the term was coined in Gag Concert. The comedian is from Gag Concert. I think it's very clear what he was talking about.

 

"Blanca" was a word used to mimic migrant labours as a gag, specifically southern east migrant labours (852natari)

When Jackson said he went to the jungle with Hani, Jackson used child-like Korean grammar which is why other people laughed at him.  It's hard to literally translate what Jackson said in English but he spoke in a way that showed that he isn't fluent in Korean.
