For Black Swan apparently there was a blind item saying that a senior girl group (Rainbow) was forced to continuously cut down their performances in favor of a rookie girl group (EXID who was beginning to promote Up and Down again) and as a result decided to just stop promoting entirely which explains why they promoted for only 1 week and their performances were 2 and a half minutes max.
