You can't determine if someone is gay based on their appearance or how they choose to dress themselves. Sure you can make assumptions but they're just assumptions - and honestly it's not very productive to assume people's sexuality. I think it's worth mentioning that plenty of cross-dressers are straight people. Separate clothing, sexuality, gender and all that in your head. They're not mutually exclusive.
