When you have so much to do, you're unable to do anything

Me right now haha. You should really start working. Start by closing onehallyu and other distracting sites. If you don't need the internet to do work, turn it off. If that really doesn't work, then just download an app that will block certain websites :)

Also create a checklist of things to do. It will seem more attainable and doable that way!

Fighting!

yep i've been there alot

i usually make a list of all the things i need to do and prioritise each one.- so i think you should try this

usually when this happens i get severe headaches so i take tablets and take a few deep breaths because by now i would probably freaking out big time.

Make a list of all the things you need to do - this will help, trust me! Find a way to categorize the tasks that need to be completed and list them from hardest to easiest, longest to shortest, most important to least important, urgent to non-urgent, etc. Whatever works and fits to your situation.

I always get everything I need to do down on paper, even if I don't have much to do, on a weekly basis. I'm a big procrastinator but when I really need to get things done and I know I won't have the time later, I get down to work. In the times I need to really work to get things done, I get home and don't even touch any of my electronics and leave my phone down stairs. These days I'm also going to my school way earlier than any of my classes are set to start because somehow just being at school puts me in a working and no playing mode. It's too easy to get distracted at home, whereas the atmosphere in the library at school gets to me lol

I hope you're able to find a way that works for you! Don't stress out too much  Everything (well, mostly) has a solution.

That's literally my life right now lol. Take baby steps. Try and set out a plan so think to yourself "okay I'll do this wee bit today, and then tomorrow I'll work on this" etc. Once you've made a small start it'll all start to look a lot more manageable :)

literally me right now. instead of finishing this overdue paper and studying for my exam tomorrow, I'm watching BTOB videos. but I do best under pressure anyways, so everything will be finished by the end of the night.

if you can't do that then i suggest doing things one at a time. got a paper due? start by writing one paragraph each day leading up to its due date then revise on the last. same with studying, study one section at a time each day. if you know everything will be due around the same time then do the ones that aren't too heavy first, get out of the way. that way things won't pile up and you won't get overwhelmed.

i really should start taking my own advice...
