He is a little under the level that I want him to be, he can probably improve more. For me I’m not a talented dancer as I started dancing at the age of 10 as K-pop began to appear on the TV. Suho: Kai. He is a kind of friend that has devoted a lifetime to dancing and to become an artist, he paid an unceasing effort to achieve it.

 

You would you assess your own dancing skills?

Baekhyun: I've never learned dancing. I just follow what Kai does. Kai is a really great dancer. Having Kai on the team raises the average standard, because we get to see him and copy him. All I do is watch him dance, and I try out parts that seem especially awesome. Of course, I did improve my dancing skills a lot in the process. I ask Kai a lot of questions, too. Before, I wasn't that greedy about dance, but as I learn more, I want to do more. Especially during this concert, as I watched Kai do his awesome performance, I came to want to do more.

 

Which member do you respect the most?

Xiumin: Kai, because his performance is fantasy-like.

 

Which side of him makes you praise him?

Xiumin : He is very calm on stage. He has a passionate and dedicated soul which makes the performance even better.

Was there a time when you fell for a member's words or actions?

Baekhyun : Everyone falls for Kai when watching him dance, right? It's a mystery for me how he manages to dance like that. Everytime I watch him dance, I end up impressed and feel like I might end up falling for him. That's why I'm currently intensively practicing dancing. (laughs) x

 

Xiumin: Kai is the best when it comes to performing. His body line is great so he looks good in anything and he looks cool even to men. And he has his own world. He's always serious about performing. He has his own value (about dancing/performing). x

Other translation: "Kai is our performance center. I don't even think that it is too much to say that Kai is the main front man in EXO when it comes to performance. Because he has a nice body line, he looks good in clothese too. He is the cool image of a cold but handsome man. More than anything, Kai is immersed in his own world. Baekhyun: Kai is a born dancer. While watching Kai's dance I will also unknowingly clap my hands. There are many times I observe Kai and follow how he dances.

 

Suho: On top of everything else, Kai is is most charming when he is dancing. Should I say that he dances with all his heart? These days when I look at Kai, I think that the joy of dancing never comes to an end and he is crazy about dance. I am really envious of Kai's ability to be so immersed in something that it might make him crazy?

 

Chanyeol: Compared to his age, Kai is mature. He has many worries for the team. He also had a lot of desire/interest regarding stage performances. And so if we are to do 5 practices for a concert and then cross-check them, he is the member who would cross-check more than 10 times.

 

Lay: If we're talking about 'Kai', we talk about 'dance'. I think if Kai stands in the middle, EXO stage will rise one level higher.

 

Sehun : I think no one can fight with Kai hyung when it comes to his focus. The ability to stay focused on the stage performance is amazing and once he immersed himself in whatever he finds fascinating, he will be so into it until the stage where he masters it. He is a man you can trust to assign any kind of work to.

Actress Yoon Se Ah mentioned EXO-K Kai on WGM

Yoon Se Ah has showed her affection for EXO-K’s Kai.

On the episode of MBC’s ‘We Got Married’ that aired on November 10, Yoon Se Ah took part in the preparation of kimchi with the other couples in the We Got Married village.

On this day, Yoon Se Ah who was together with Han Sunhwa and Oh Yeonseo talked about idols and revealed that there was a group she was observing with a lot of interest.

Yoon Se Ah confessed : “It’s EXO. It’s the first time. I don’t even know who’s who in idol groups but among this amount of men, one of them caught my attention. I saw him dance and I got really into it. It’s the first time after Jang Gook Young.
