her and Joker have a very screwed up relationship but i think with the right direction, script, and actors

I have no particular characters to offer, but I just want one good comic book movie with a properly fleshed-out, not sexually objectified female protagonist. I like villains too, so if there's a female villain or anti hero it'd be awesome

For Harley, the Joker would HAVE to be in it because I love their dynamic. 

 

But a lot of female superheros and villans don't get that much spotlight, I don't know if I'd be interested watching a female lead that hasn't already been done.

There aren't enough strong leading candidates for female superheroes. 

 

To my recollection, there have only been five superhero movies with a female lead -- Barb Wire, Tank Girl, Catwoman, Elektra, and Supergirl.

 

Harley doesn't have a large enough following, let alone a decent back story to create a blockbuster hit.

 

Storm would bomb if they continue to use Halle Berry. Just like Catwoman.
