Lol it is inspirational...open a business or something damn. What i want to know is wth did they spend 400k on to affect that available balance?? "Yea i think i'll buy this house, just charge my checking card" lol

1million isn't much if you think about it, lets say you are married you both make 50k yearly so thats 100k per year. Then subtract the living cost like 30-40k , you got 60-70k left , 15 yrs later , your a millionaire

in theory that would work well, but i don't know a lot of people that would do that. If they earn 100k by year with the two of them, they're likely to spend like +80k yearly, expensive house, expensive car, expensive presents for children (if there are), maybe loans for the cars and house etc

(though 50k yearly is a lot that's a good job you got here)

If that bank goes bankrupt, he can only get his money like $100,000 back. Its best to not put more money than that amount in the same account.

well $250,000, the fed government bumped it to 250k during the recession that would be protected...but yea he would lose alot if chase went bankrupt
