I've watched her a lot on various different Variety Shows and stuff and she's very well mannered & endearing (: and about the recent controversy, A: was able to explain her Character very well, and B: was extremely nervous during that part of the Interview, people who hated on her that day have been saving their rage for when she messes up... because as usual, Suzy's image and articles are often very positive and they needed an outlet to express their hate. TRUE! she did not manage her image herself. Her agency did it for her with the articles they wrote and the kind of movies they chose for her. Nobody can deny shes hardworking, but so are most of idols in this industry. Shes airhead and not very articulate but she hides it behind her good girl image so people forgive her.
