Heath Ledger acted brilliantly as Joker but RDJ and Ryan Reynolds just seem to be the real-life versions of their characters so yeah in a sense he is one of the best casting choices though i prefer to watch the movie first before i call him "the best" or whatever

i know it's a bit too early but ryan reynolds definitely can if the movies does well and deadpool character finally gets the much deserved mainstream popularity

Ryan Reynold stars in flop after flop yet he always gets another chance...the mind boggles I have a feeling this film will do well though, the uncultured masses love their superhero flicks after all.

 

And to answer the question...no. Best casting was Michael Keaton as Batman.
