They make smart investments. Honestly even some of B1A4's earlier sets have been elaborate so the fact they have enough money for this and a new building just shows they know how to budget, a lot of other companies can't.

WM have B1A4 as well and their music videos are so beautiful and look expensive, they have a lot of CFs, tours and concerts. a year ago they moved to a new building of their own with only B1A4 as their idol.

They might use money from other groups in their agency or maybe their ceo does more than run the company. He could be an investor or own properties(lots of koreans buy buildings).
