After fans around the world were shocked to hear that Dee Hsu and Kevin Tsai were leaving Kangxi Lai Le,

various reports have revealed that Kevin Tsai decided to leave the famed and beloved 'Kangxi Lai Le'

in favor of working in the mainland. Producers have been in a bidding

war due to Kevin's new found fame in the mainland.

 

Kevin Tsai made approximately $600,000 USD for each week (2 episodes per week) he co-hosted

the show, 'U CAN U BIBI' in China.

 

He made more from one season of co-hosting the show in  mainland China than he has in 10+ years 

from hosting 'Kangxi Lai Le' in Taiwan.

 

A simple video of the press conference for HunanTV's 'The Million Second Quiz' garnered

over 8,000,000 views within a few hours of being released online.

 

Kevin and Dee will also be in an upcoming movie project.
