As a VIP I should think other VIPs should also thank Aldub for making it famous in Philippines and reviving it and making the song relevant. allsmiles 2,683 Posted November 1, 2015 Share Posted November 1, 2015 yea and the aldub fans keep claiming that exo-l ocean is their ocean.. kpop philipines fans caught them and told them no those are obviously exo lightsticks but they keep disagreeing and saying its aldub ocean. i watch and follow aldub its its annoying to a point. and some of them in the comment section of fantastic baby are saying that its cause of aldub that a korean video (i.e fantastic baby) can get that much views to about 100 million. it makes me laugh.. the level of reaching is amazing). fantastic baby was already in 130 million views as of last year and already 150-160 million this year.. aldub fans sure helped get it popular in Philippines but it only invited about 5-10 million views to it at highest( i think thats me even reaching with that amount) cause most kpop fans and vips still watch fantastic baby and have been trying to get it to 200 million as a project.. so the increase is not all to them fully.)i ts so hilarious. yes they can say it made the song popular again in Philippines but they are reaching to say they are the reason for the huge views in that video. if their viewing increase power is what they claim then shouldnt other popular philipine videos have huge views too... since they claim to have the power to make a video have millions of views in just months..( what is the highest views any of their popular acts have on youtube or video portal sites...?? ) like a comment form a vip said there that i agree with ..."at this rate aldub might use gangnam style once and aldub fans will rush to gangnam style video and start claiming that they are the reason for the 1 billion views on the video...lollll!!!) OMFG so much reach it's annoying AlDub is a love-team basically, and for lord knows what reason, they're big back in the Philippines. These are probably fans who hadn't heard of Fantastic Baby because they don't live on the global sphere where Big Bang's Fantastic Baby was practically everywhere, even in Philippine music video charts. Basically, ignore them, they're most likely holed up teens who like to brag about their love team over others, among other hobbies. K-Pop is a niche in the Philippines and the song was only popular to K-Pop fans. Of course the hundred million views came from the K-Pop fans all over the world, but you should see how relevant Fantastic Baby had become in the Philippines. Also, Eat Bulaga is a legit TV show I'm pretty sure they're paying royalties for playing the song on tv so saying BB is not benefiting at all is reaching Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Add to the fact that the a major chunk of the general Filipino public aren't familiar with K-Pop at all so they have no idea that Big Bang is a pretty much established group from way before so it is easy for them to assume things...
