Li Bingbing is looking to Kick Some Ass as China's First Female Superhero

Details are under wraps, but what's known is that the film 'Realm' will star the 42 year-old Li Bingbing.

The film will be a co-production between China's Fundamental Films and Stan Lee's Global Entertainment.

 

Script will be written by Alex Litvak.

 

“What a kick it has been to create our first Chinese female superhero (western genre), and an empowering

one at that,†said Stan Lee. “It has been such a fun experience bringing to life an

international woman character, and the ability to do so has been different from anything

we’ve ever done! I am thoroughly enjoying every minute of it.â€

 

 

Li Bingbing has previously been in Transformers and Resident Evil - albeit minor roles.
