Granted, many of them are still very young but even when the past generation was this generation of idols age, they seemed older. 2pm, beast, snsd, 2 pm, wonder girls, big bang, dbsk(even though they debuted much earlier), shinee, 2 am, 2ne1, brown eyed girls, T-ara etc. For example much of exo now are the same age as (or older) as DBSK at their peak in 2008. Thats MINDBLOWING to me, DBSK seemed so much older and mature than exo does. Exo still seem like teenagers in comparison. Things feel really unpredictable these days, with so many non-BIG 3 groups rising these days (EXID, Mamamoo, etc.). You can't say for sure where they will be, say, 2 years from now based on recognition today. A lot can change very suddenly.
