Tips to wake up early

Set your alarm clock to the time you want to wake up at (example 7AM) and once you alarm rings and you wake up, IMMEDIATELY jump out of bed and have a big healthy breakfast and stare at the sunlight (not directly as that can be harmful). This will reset your biological clock to seeing 7AM as "wake up time" because you saw sunlight and had breakfast. As your body is programmed for around 16 hours of awake-ness and 8 hours of sleep, you will start feeling sleepy around 16-ish hours later at  11/12 PM and it will be easier to wake up at 7AM since then since you'll sleep early and get sufficient hours of sleep at night.

To be very honest with you, it depends on each individual. We have different learning styles and sometimes we just can't comprehend why certain people study this way etc.

The most basic thing is to listen in every class/lecture and take down notes whenever possible. Sleeping early helps too.

I don't think there are any new tips for studying, its mostly the same. I usually write down the things I need to do in a planner and I will follow according to it.

I also have a calendar to keep track of important dates for tests/exams and this way would be much more simpler and organised.

There is no tips for waking up early, unfortunately. Your body just needs to get use to the time frame. Unless you are able to hear the alarm every morning, then it is good for you to place it away for you so that you would need to walk towards the alarm to turn it off xD

For me, I have been waking up early in the morning for school so my body knows when it is time to wake up and all. (I would just suddenly wake up when my body think its time to wake up).

I set my alarm clock 20 mins before my wake up time with 5 mins interval.

No snooze button. Literally set them at say 6:30, 6:35, 6:40 and so on.

Oh, and if it is really important I will mentally prepared myself to wake up early the night before so that I feel a lot less lazy to wake up. LOL

Right now...here is what works for me. I live with my parents, their work starts earlier than mine. So they wake me when they about to leave. So if you live with somebody ask them to wake you up if they are so kind to  When I was still studying for my degree last year I used two android phones both with gentle alarm on it - that will wake anyone up.  Also what helps is cursing out loudly, just when you wake up you roll in bed and start using some profanity to release frustration  this only works when im alone in the house ofc.  I'm interested in hearing what you do atm.

For studying, meh nothing really works trust me i have studied for 7 years.  My motivation was high in year 1 and 2 but the years that follow is just a downward spiral.  By my final year I was so burned out  Maybe getting a smart 'boy' friend or 'girl' friend will help with the studying/tutoring then have some extra curricular on the side for the motivation ?

Don't drink caffeine a few hours before sleep.

Try to keep off the computer or phone or tv about an hour before.

Turn off all noises or distractions before sleeping.

Don't keep your phone next to you while you sleep. Put it the other side of the room or turn it off.

Keep your alarm the other side of the room so you have to get up to turn it off.
