Representatives of the girl group told Star News, “One Girl’s Day member will be releasing her own single sometime this November and be promoting it as a solo artist. We’ve already made plans for the solo project and are discussing the relevant details. The solo activities will be a way for Girl’s Day to return the love they have received from fans continuously from March through July this year for their songs, ‘Female President‘, ‘Expectation‘ and ‘Please Tell Me.’ One of the members is already working diligently on her solo track.†They also shared that once the member has completed her solo activities, she will be rejoining the group. It would benefit them if she was able to have a promotion cycle with a lot of opportunities to expose them regardless if it's a solo act. I would prefer Sojin because she has such a sultry and smooth voice that could suit pop and R&B. She's also a solid dancer with a mature image and lots of sex appeal, which seems to be their formula these days. Either way, Girl's Day is a rising group and they had a lot of work this year to establish themselves. I hope the girls not included enjoy a nice rest and the soloist is successful. I'm really surprised and questioning the article. If it's a proper solo debut, then it has to be Minah.
