Honestly I think its okay for yall to be upset at repeat offenders but if its someone you've seen for the first time chances are they really are misinformed or actually accidentally posted in the wrong part..

If they have more than 100 posts or have joined the forum for more than two months...i don't see how u can make that mistake... like you literally see other j-pop users telling OP it's in the wrong section. Like, i get that people make mistakes and it's a little scary making a topic for the first time...but if you've been on here a while....
