I'm not really into Kpop music but I liked their music videos and the girls but lately, I am noticing such an unexpected shift in their personalities. Joy is naturally a very loud/extroverted kind of person but lately she's become too loud? Her personality comes off as very cocky and attention-hogging. She does not really seem like a person I'd want to approach in real life and probably my least favourite person in the group even though I don't hate her. Yeri....sigh, I love Yeri but the way she acts lately is making me frown. She bows only very very slightly to her seniors and her personality is becoming more and more like Joy. At first in Ice Cream TV and her first months as a Red Velvet member, she was like this very playful and cute young girl but now I feel like she is becoming too much and a little bit annoying sometimes to be frank. Wendy.....No offence but I feel like she needs to tone down a little bit. She is always throwing her English everywhere and the way she acts in general is quiet cringeworthy. Irene and Seulgi are not my biases but tbh I feel like they are the only likeable ones left. What do you think? Fruit 8,880 Posted October 16, 2015 Share Posted October 16, 2015 They're the same people they are just no longer robot controlled and are now actual real people hanging out with their friends, especially yeri and joy who are in their teens, stop shaming them for having fun of course they're going to be louder when they're just playing around with friends it's not being rude or anything, wendy just gets excitable easily and "throwing english around" uhm it's her 1st language HUN. Even with Ice Cream Cake and Dumb Dumb, the general public hasn't seemed to cling on to an "it" girl in the group; fans like one of the five, but they (or the company) might be vying for one of them to hit a Taeyeon, Yoona, Krystal, etc. Kind of popularity and for that, they need to turn their "real" personalities up a few notches to get noticed. Fact is that u for example don't know if Joy is actually very loud and talkative at home. She might be doing this to get noticed so I don't see the point in hating on her or anyone else. They are the same in my opinion since Happiness. If anything they got more talkative which is good because they are building their image and coming out of their shells. Nope taeyeon is NOT a cute dork. She can be a bit of a mean person and I know that but I am still her fan for other things. I think you are being a bit rude and need to tone down a bit. Shes not, Yeri is extremely quiet/lost when shes not talking, she just doesn't know where to put all of her energy so she just lets it all out at once, it's one of the things when you're young, i'm glad you're losing interest in RV/yeri because you're a creepy PERV.
