If you stare hard enough and really, really look for dissimilar things, you can slightly see them. If he didn't have them, then he'd go into the uncanny valley and no one wants to look like that...

No, it's not. He does have uneven eyes. You can see it in some of his childhood photos, where it was sometimes a bit more prominent. It's just hard to spot these days unless you really look at him since he grew out of it. I can notice though since he's my bias.

No, he didn't do anything to his eyes. He grew out of the unevenness somewhat, but once in a while, when he's tired or sleepy, he'll have one eye smaller than the other- basically he has one double and one single eyelid. It's more prominent when his eyes are puffy and tired. 

 

The reason his eyes don't normally look uneven is makeup and eyelid tape. It does wonders. I'm pretty sure all of Infinite uses eyelid tape- none of them has had double eyelid or eye surgery. Unless you consider lasik....which Hoya had a couple weeks ago...I think he looks adorable with glasses on...but he probably doesn't need them anymore.
