This is why I went back to windows 7.....I hated the look of it and everything was so complicated to find. The minute I dl it I went back...

I think you can go back to your old windows: how to downgrage back >>> http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/windows/how-downgrade-windows-10-to-windows-7-8-easy-3615606/

If not I think they said something abt not being able to go back, bc this version has been out for a while :/ and you maybe stuck with windows 10

I've read that if you go back to Windows 8.1 that the apps you have disappear and you have to put them back. Does that count for Word, Power Point, Excel, etc? I don't want them to disappear

Well if you go back to factory settings, yes. All programs will be deleted and it's a complete fresh new start. If you have a office license you should first deactive your key on your current OS (windows 10) so you get the license back. Then go to W7 and you can install office again. And there are ofcourse other ways to get office :p

I didn't update to Windows 10. Should I?

No.

No.

Buff someone installed it for me and I think it was that ''other way'' so I think I will keep W10 but it's still weird and ugly and I want to cry.

I need to get my ass to some type of computer courses or something like that this Summer...

It's really simple, I did it, and I'm in no way an expert, just follow the instructions.

Well I have 30 days I will see if I do it.

The problem is that I don't think I will be able to install Office, they did it for me in not the ''official'' way and I need it for university

ahhh ok, I think after you reinstall your old windows, just go to your "office" and reactivate it by signing into your hotmail acct
