Editing, clever angling and lens distortion I'd say. I've been keeping up with all their recent content and his lips look the same as always, slightly plush but definitely not this big lol. Promo pics in general are never a good source when trying to spot potential changes as they are heavily edited, especially this set of teasers which has a lot of intentional distortion going on.

Been asking that myself as well. He's always had fairly big eyes actually, but they were quite uneven. He definitely did get his eyelids done, as someone in this thread pointed out before, but I don't think that alone would make his eyes equal in size, right?

He may have only had the corners cut on one eye to even them out. I'm honestly quite terrible at spotting anything related to the eyes though, so take this with a grain of salt. Either way I think his eyes look really pretty, his double eyelids are very well done imo.

 

Also this is unrelated to his eyes, but revisting his predebut pics really shows how beneficial braces were for him omg. I know people like to mourn the loss of his snaggletooth, but his jaw is just so much better aligned now. Really balanced out his face and opened up his smile quite a bit, which used to be rather restrained. I think he only got his braces out very recently after having had them nearly his entire career, but they sure did their work.

I'm pretty sure Donghyuk and Jinhwan had their noses touched up and I think Yunhyeong had something done to fix his eyelids because they used to be really asymmetrical before win (and those procedures as a whole turned out really natural looking) but beside that I can't really spot anything else.

Junhwe had a high nose bridge for a little while which did not suit him. I don't know if it was from an implant or injections but currently his nose is back to its original shape which is a much better look for him IMO. 

In this recent clip Donghyuk's face looks more harmonious than before but I can't tell whether it's from any procedures or a combination of better haircut and makeup. Some of you guys are much better at spotting changes than me so maybe you can tell.

 

I used to think Yunhyeong had surgery to even his eyelids but I'm not sure anymore. His eyelids were asymmetrical in some old school photos, however in other photos taken around the same time they were symmetrical. It's possible that he had some recurring infection or inflammation in one eye? It's hard to tell.

She wanted sexy look, but if there is one thing I noticed it's Korean surgeons uncaring attitude about philtrum, when in Western surgeries they try to fix nose to philtrum

Yes, I agree, promo photos are not reliable in that sense, I was just surpised when i saw them, because other guys didn't look different to me.

Jinhwan nose has confused me for the longest time because it was small during WIN, then in M&M got much bigger and then went back being smaller again, so I suppose fillers were involved back then.

I never noticed anything different in Junhwe's nose but I haven't followed the group religiously this past couple of years so maybe it happened when I was too busy to check on them.

For Donghyuk I just think it's a combination of makeup/styling and being at an healthy weight since I feel like he tends to gain/lose weight easily on his face.

idk the difference between Yunhyeong's eyelids was pretty big when he was a child but as you say there are pics from his high school day where his eyelids look symmetrical and some wher they don't. I know sometimes double eyelids form with age so maybe that's what happened but I'm not excluding surgery.

Agree, the longer philtrum also ages her.

Kind of late to this, but I feel like Naeun lost her charm after she got a cheekbone reduction sometime between 2015 and 2016, which I don't really see being mentioned. This was before filming Cinderella and the Four Knights. People were accusing her of getting botox, but really, I feel like it was just swelling from her cheekbone reduction which is quite a major surgery.

Before cheekbone reduction (and epicanthoplasty) 2015:

After cheekbone reduction (and epicanthoplasty) - 2016/2017:

After she got her cheekbone reduction, her cheeks started looking saggy because the bone structure supporting the skin was shaved off. Her lifted upper cheeks used to make her eye smile look natural, but now her aegyo sal looks forced and artificial. To me, 2016 was the turning point. Everything she did up to that point enhanced her features, but after that, her additional procedures just made her face look increasingly less harmonious.

I find it really unfortunate that she felt the need to undergo these procedures. I used to think she was the prettiest idol at the time, her heart shaped face made her look really feminine and unique, but now she looks like everyone else.

I agree and it makes her look older than she is since your Philtrum naturally gets longer as you age because your lips start to sag.

I remember people discussing Jake a bit awhile back. I don't think he's done anything to his nose, i moreso question his eyes though he did appear to use tape during I-LAND, and i don't think he's gotten anything done since I-LAND itself ended so my bet is he's still rocking the tape.

Why do these celebrities deny it? It's better to not say anything rather than letting fans believe they aren't beautiful enough. If you're not going to tell the truth just avoid it.

Yeah no that's definitely a nose job right there. The before and after of the tip of her nose + the whole shape of her nostrils are like night and day.

Also, her saying THAT right after denying her painfully obvious procedures seems hypocritical and very insincere to be honest.

If she didn't think it was a bad thing as she said, then she wouldn't have denied it.

He never looked overweight or anything like that to me. Did he get buccal fat removal? Can you lose that much fat in your face just by losing weight in like 3 months? I don't think idols loose THAT much weight with them already being thin. Was it another non-invasive procedure? Is it botox? Am I tripping? LOL. 

But his teeth do look different. Could they be veneers? I really don't know anything about veneers but it looks like a similar procedure. His teeth look a bit longer but still real and we are able to see more of his smile. This did wonders for that "out of the world" look that he's know for. 

This is from 2017. For me, his best look/era so far.

He seemed to get a bit more muscular on this year but I think it's obvious that he gets fillers, which could add to the shape of his face.

All in all, I think he doesn't look drastically different.

From what I know, changes in facial fat usually happens gradually if they are dieting/exercising. Of course, If he went from a round face to a more sculpted on in a span of a few weeks, then it would be safe to assume he had something done. Especially before a comeback. However, if we compare his photos in 2016 to now, his whole face does look overall slimmer and he does seem to have lost a bit of weight. So honestly, it could also be up to his exercise regime. 

From what I've noticed, male visuals usually get so much more popular when they lose their face fat (eunwoo, jaehyun, junho). kinda to a point where they look "hollow". I really hope this would change, I love chubby cheeks.

He did something to his jaw line tbh like you said, but alot later I remember us discussing but couldn't find what. I am not talking about his weight btw, his jawline used to jut out a bit, then bam it smoothed out

I think it was this pic we discussed. He probably did something not permanent like Botox and fillers to give a stronger vline definition at that time. I checked his recent pics and he seems to focus only on fillers now. 

About weight, tbh maybe he can lose that much weight? Is old lose weight in very harmful styles mind you, so they can find a fast one
