make me think she had some tip work done too in addition to an alarplasty.

To be fair, I think her nose work dates way back. I already see alarplasty scars in the pic on the left from when she was a trainee.  

Here, however, I do see a slightly wider nose on the left than the one she has today (on the right.)

I think alarplasties are more common than a lot of us, myself included, realize. I think a lot of idols have had them, including ones who's noses look very similar to before. (The change from a conservative alarplasty can be VERY subtle). While looking for pictures of Jisoo, I found a shot of Lovelyz Jisoo. Being me, I immediately looked up her nose and saw what looks like alarplasty scars there as well. 

SF9's Hwiyoung is another idol who's nose I thought was natural, but he, like both Jisoos, seems to have alarplasty scars:

We talked about WJSN's Bona a while back and she's another example of an idol without obvious nose work but with scars that seem to point to a subtle alarplasty.

 

I definitely agree that Jisoo has had some nose job (maybe multiple) including alarpasty and probably other things... I'm no expert spotting nose jobs...

After looking up alarpasty scars for the last 10 minutes I think I'll never consider a nose job ever again....

But I've been staring at the photos like a dumbass for like 10 minutes... and I can't see these 'scars', do you have an example of what they would look like if they were more obvious / can you circle them in the pictures, because I'd really like to know how to spot potential alarpasty scars!!!

Here you can see the outline of her nose implant









The screenshot doesn't show very well, but if you watch the video her chin implant seems very odd and seems like something is protruding forwards in the centre of her chin, I think she might need to get a revision on it , im worried there's something there sticking and it will slowly protrude more and more.









Here's a very clear side profile of her cheeks and chin, her cheeks protrude a lot more than what's usually naturally possible, which is probably filler or implant.

nayeon has very low body fat (for sure), and maybe her skin is thinner than usual (?) which is why her implants are more visible than other people.


also if you compare her forehead to the "bottom half of her face" i.e. her cheeks down to her chin it feels very puffy / bloated, 
some would argue she's just bloated, but I would say this is likely filler.
some would also argue it's just lighting / angle

In her recent IG post you can see alarplasty scars in every single pic:

But no scarring on her tip so I guess the tip and the nose bridge are natural? Unless she's done nose fillers. At the end of the day, she has a very sharp straight nose and if that's her natural nose shape, I would kill to be born with a nose like that:

Her eyes look natural to me. If they are not, props to her surgeon because that's a beautiful eyeshape. But that probably has to do with her being partially Tatar which is one of the many ethnic groups in Russia. From my understanding, they're considered Asians? Or at least a mixed race? I'm not sure here.

She's done chin fillers and probably some lip fillers too. Overall, very subtle work. But we don't have any true unedited pre-Korea pictures of her and low quality childhood photos are not a reliable source. 

Also, she does look different in videos. So editing and angles are important:

That chin appeared out of nowhere. 

As someone said earlier, she just fits the beauty standards. And in my honest opinion, she suits Chinese market more (with dark hair Lana instantly reminds me of Kyulkyung for some reason). But yeah, she hasn't done much or anything at all to specifically "look Korean" which is a bizarre concept by itself. Like, what IS looking Korean/Asian/Wasian? How do you approach a surgeon and tell them, "I wanna look like a certain race"? Not to mention, she has some mixed background so that's why she doesn't look like your typical white slavic Russian girl (Angelina Danilova, UHSN Deesee). 

And a side note: I hope she won't do anything to that beautiful square jaw.

In the spoiler you can see the effects of and the fresh scarring from a newly done alarplasty (keep in mind that the scars we see on idols are most likely a lot older than these and therefore more faded and less noticeable):

Now, we usually don't get to see straight up an idol's nose like this (which is probably for the best tbh), but luckily alarplasty scars are still visible from the front as long as the idol's head isn't tilted too far down and forward. The scars are probably not going to be apparent in all photos because it seems stylists typically try to cover them with makeup, but there are plenty of pics out there where scars are visible:

I'm going to use is the lovely Seulgi for my example.

She has alarplasty scars in both her nostrils. Sometimes, they are harder to make out then others, but here are some pictures where they are visible:

But her jaw, I guess I can say corners, juts out more predebut. While I don't think she did jaw shave, she either touched her jaw with something less strong (like masseter Botox) or made a change at her cheekbones. 

 

I don't see a jaw shave either between the second picture you have and the third. I'm saying that if she had a jaw shave, and I have no idea if she did or not, it's just a possibility, then it was BEFORE the second picture was taken. The second picture is from her late trainee days and I'm saying if she had a jaw shave, it was in her early trainee days, which we unfortunately don't have pics from. These have been my thoughts his whole time, but I think the way I said it in my early posts must have been unclear. I hope this helps to clear up any confusion as to what I meant!

We talked about it when he started looking different a few months ago. Apparently he got fillers and it was hella obvious and utterly unnecessary. The carats here were hella sad lol (me too)

He did Even now when it kinda settled down it’s still obvious. But since he has his nose done I feel like he is more confident and glow so, good for him.

It looks great on hitori janai tbh, i was worried but it settled well even if it took its time, tho i still think it was very unnecessary

Yep I’m glad it’s getting much better, less sweet but more elegant vibe to him I feel like? Either way, I’m happy that he’s happy about it

I know  it’s the injectables I think. Maybe buccal fat removal too? I’m not sure but his face does look a lot hollower than it used too. I don’t know if it’s his choice entirely or if he’s doing it under FNC’s recommendations, but if it’s FNC, they really need to stop. They handled the rest of SF9 well when it comes to procedures, but Rowoon DOES NOT need anymore work. He was perfect the way he was and by messing with him more FNC is only jeopardizing his appearance as well as his career, SF9’s career, and most importantly, his long term health.

He did quite a lot of things, nose, eyes, botox...someone said that apparently the more handsome/beautiful you naturally look the more you tend to get extensive work done. While average idols/celebrities tend to get one or two things. I think it's so true!  
Of course it's not a rule, but it does fit a lot of cases.
