i think the most apparent changes are in her top lip, however her lips overall look a lot plumper, and her lip corners seem more lifted and 'smiley'. she's always had that little 'bump' in the middle of her top lip (the upper central tubercle?) however, in the last photo it looks wider and more accentuated. her lips also feel more prominent on her face for me (also i chose recent photos as bbc's makeup artist would always give her weird concealer/gradient lips lol)

it wouldn't be a loona comeback without fillers (lol) but i actually really like this change on her - she looks a lot more mature whilst still retaining her cute smile, haha

edit: even whilst scrolling down these three photos her vibe feels totally different

HM afterall I don't see her more than fans, so I can make mistakes, while it seems like there isn't much change between bottom lip, I can see smile lines changing a bit. Could it be smile surgery? Or Botox? There are Botox methods to make your smile look slightly more "standard". For upper lip, honestly I only saw it covered so I can't comment, but I do think there is difference between 1st and 3rd pic, when talked about fillers, I focused majorly on bottom lip honestly lol

Yeah smile surgery aka joker surgery per popular quotes, I don't think it's such it has such a curved an obvious look, I'm leaning towards Botox, hell maybe even teeth Botox (maybe as I can't see her smile properly from these pics)

idk about tongue lol but that lipbite it not a lipbite, her teeth are just bad o.o like twisted around a bit? idk how to explain o.o

The only thing she has going on for her are her surreal looks and body and a sweet personality (more than enough in SK) but, ya know, its SM, so I’d expect a bit of talent added to the mix... what the heck happened to the rookies in charge of dancing? Where they also threatened by the looming hand of Dr. Kim? 
 

Ningning is the only member I find interesting to watch onstage, and she‘s not even the MD, and Chinese on top of that. The rest are just so... bland? I’m just not the type to force myself into liking mediocrity just because “stan the gurls OMG, such queens even though they’ve shown nothing worthy of praise, step on my face, goddess“. I won‘t stan anyone just because they‘re hot, SM, hear me out. I refuse. 
 

Also want to add this has to be the most entertaining thread I‘ve ever encountered on Onehallyu.

Seola was mentioned a few pages ago for possibly having a nose job, but I think some of her other changes may have flown under the radar.

For one, I see fairly high double eyelid creases now which weren't apparent in her predebuts. (Either there was no crease or it was hidden).

The creases she has now also look a little artificially deep to me:

I also see a change in her jaw/chin:

I know she's lost a lot of weight during her active years but I think she's likely also had a jaw shave. Her jaw is very steep now, and though there is a slight mandible angle, it is very weak and close to her ear:

I think she probably either gets chin fillers or has a chin implant too. Her chin looks extremely pointy to me:

About STAYC, they are all the epitome of classic Korean beauty, they look like actresses (one actually is an actress lol). SM to me has that type of image - Krystal, Yoona (tho her jaw is obviously fake..), Irene, etc. They tend to like the classic and clean look with their visuals. Less cutesy and approachable than JYP, less intense than YG.

Actually, I think Yeri is an underrated example. Her face (minus the recent lip fillers) is super pretty and very natural looking. I've always found her pretty and think it's sad that she never gets the right clothing for her body shape.

You can get fillers to give you a smile or lifted corner look. I remember I was watching this video and the girl was talking about procedures she’s done and she said how she got lip fillers to her corners to lift them and help with her resting bitch face. I always figured that was something you can do with lip filler, since in general theres so much you can do with it, and that kind of just solidified it for me. And, it looked really amazing and natural on her too. 

Also, I feel like a few idols say they lost a ton of weight but they just got a jaw shave. Of course, a ton of idols do just lose a lot of weight, but I feel like a few get a jaw shave (or lose weight and also do a little something to their jaw) and say they lost weight to account/hide their change. Like for example, for Yoojung when she got her surgery I remember seeing a video of her saying she lost 30 pounds in a month and thats why she looks so different and doesn't have a chubby face anymore, but it really was just her jaw work. I also feel like the best time to do a little work is when you were "chubby" then lose a lot of weight. Like joy, jihyo, the girl from I think gfriend, etc. They all look so good (or maybe they just had quality work).

Makes sense actually. But honestly, considering how strikingly similar both Karina and Winter are to Taeyeon in some angles, I would probably still assume that aespa are SM, even if I didn't know.

I don't think a dental procedure was brought up at least recently? For the side view do you mean from predebut or from now? For predebut this is the best I could find (her hair is covering most of her face unfortunately and her mouth seems slightly open 

More of her face is visible here but her mouth is open:

Interestingly enough, she seems to have her mouth open pretty much throughout Janus MV (where these pics are coming from). In my experience, this points mouth breathing, which typically comes from some sort of dental issue. I also found a post on this thread from a 2017 mentioning she fixed her teeth.

She definitely did her lip shape from side is different. Like a bit more filled out? I guess you can compare it to someone with dental procedure 

Hers is definitely more slight tho, that's why I asked for it tbh
