As you can see, his nose is still the same now... it's almost always contoured with makeup, but it's still the same. 99.9999% of other celebrities would have gotten rhinoplasty or some sort of procedure, but not Kun. As weird as this sounds, it makes me SO happy to see him thriving with his natural nose. And it's not like SM puts him in the back of WayV or anything, he's the leader and almost always front and center during interviews, press conferences, and red carpets.

 

Even Yang Yang, and WinWin have fairly bulbous noses despite having a relatively tall nose bridge. Xiaojun and Hendery's noses are very tall from the side, but also have a wide base from the front.

Some of their most recent photos from their personal weibos..... Yang Yang and Hendery's photos are filtered, but they're bare-faced. Xiaojun and WinWi have makeup on, but you can still see that their noses are relatively wide/bulbous.

Agreed.

Even Ten and Lucas's noses look pretty natural considering they've done something to them. When Lucas laughs, his nose looks untouched! WayV as a whole do not have that super thin straight nose and I love it as well.

Oh, and Lucas may have done something to his chin because before his debut in BOSS his chin as rounder and less sharp. Don't know what was done there but it is slightly noticeable. Very well done. Now, those are the procedures I like to see.

- Hani should have kept her nose once it was shortened. I mean her curved, UP and DOWN nose. It made her sooo sexy and unique. It’s been kinda sad to see my UB lose her unique visual charms over the years. She started by improving, and was looking great. The problem came when she went to changing her face into something it is not (like features that aren’t “supported” by her natural bone structure).

- 99% of successful and public-exposed idol have had at least minor tweaks. Most of the features many of them portray are actually quite rare in Koreans, so ps is the only way to go.

 

 

 

Lucas is my bias so I'm definitely interested in what you think he has done. I have some ideas but I love how you analyze things. The way you express yourself reminds me a lot of this Youtuber Lorry Hill! She's very well spoken and knowledgeable on Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery.

They bounce normally like regular breasts. My friend has implants and I an my other best friend don't, and there is a significant difference in the way they move when she jumps around, or actually don't really move. Implants can be pretty stiff.

Not to mention, those type of cardigans give the illusion of having bigger curves (I have a similar one and I look a bit chubby and booby in it, which I am neither of those things).

To stop talking about breasts, because this conversation makes me feel like a creep, by looking at Giselle photos that are not selfies, she doesn't have a v-line jaw whatsoever and I am wondering if she actually had Botox in her jaw and not a jaw shave or something like that. When I saw her selfies, I thought jaw shave. Not to always post her yearbook photo, because she had a slight weight gain in them as compared to other photos and also, it seems it was taken with the wrong lens, she had a pretty strong jaw in all of her photos.

I'm not really sure, but if it was a jaw shave, it was pretty natural looking. She looked somewhat square faceish in some predebut photos, and now she doesn't anymore, she looks so good and natural, I would never have guessed she out of all the members had any work done. I just wish they kept her dark hair because she really stood out with it. She's so pretty, and she still has a somewhat stronger jaw that suits her features so well. Whatever it was, it wasn't overdone. 

Why does Ningning face looks so bloated and like she has no chin? Or is it just me? Is this picture heavily edited?

Many many idols look bloated but they're still skinny and underweight. Is it only fillers?

I've realized that MANY idols seem get Bichectomy. Back when I was a B2UTY (fandom name for BEAST, which later turned into HIGHLIGHT) Yoseob became more fit with lean muscles around 2013, but his face looked slimmer although he was never fat. Same with Hyunseung. I'm pretty sure they both had Bichectomy. I mean, how else can you lose weight on your face and not on your body? LOL

Also, I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed the changes to Wendy's nose? I am 100% aware of her situation since RV is my bias group. Understandably she would need some revision surgery after injuries. Her nose appears to be a bit shorter, less "hooked" shape, with a bit more nostril exposure. 

See, this is what I don't like... Notice Wendy's extremely oval face shape and jaw against her neck. It looks so unnatural and rigid. Also very forced. I wish they'd stop doing these type of extreme procedures... Karina from Aespa looks lika that as well. 

And yes, I agree. Her nose looks different.

I'm pretty sure it's just the way her fat naturally collects. Jennie is kind of the same way (interestingly, since they kind of look somewhat alike) where sometimes her face looks "squishy" with almost a bit of a double chin even though she's also very slim and doesn't have much fat on her body in general.

Likewise, I know people irl who both do and do not collect fat there. It can also happen with medication: I know someone personally who is VERY underweight (I'm talking like, Lizzy at her lowest kind of underweight... much past the point of "kpop skinny") but one day I saw her with a double chin out of nowhere. I didn't think she had even enough fat on her body to form a double chin even if you pushed it all up to her neck, but whatever medication she was on was giving her all kind of neck and chin bloat. I do know it was from the medication because she was dealing with a lot of health issues at the time.

I'm not saying that Ningning is on a medication like that though lol I would have NO way of knowing that. But my point at its core is that even very skinny people can have an appearance like that for multiple reasons, and it's absolutely possible to have that kind of appearance from just bloating instead of fat. I sincerely think it is not a consequence of the plastic surgery she's had.

And sometimes they have so much filler and botox that even the untrained eye can tell there is something off... I mean, they be looking super stiff, even more than, let's say, proper famous adults like Kate Winslet and such. 

And I don't know if I'm the only one that thinks this, but sometimes when I see idols's eyes (the ones that have been very obviously cosmetically altered) it's painful to watch them blink. Like, their eyes look as if they were cut with a knife from their undereyes to the top... You know what I mean? I don't know how to explain it but it looks painful and so odd.

Not cricitizing their looks, I just wish all their surgeons did a better work that is more suited to their faces.

Lorry Hill, who posts videos about plastic surgery on YT, said that she thinks Demi Moore did some procedures and that she is still swollen (which is why she looks like that) and I agree.

But WHY would Demi Moore accept to walk the runway just fresh out of her surgeon?! Is that even healthy? I'm no expert but I think there is supposed to be a recovery period. Although we would have to wait and see in a few months how her face will settle. But it's very obvious there were things done to her face...

Then, on the other hand, I feel like maybe the bridge is a little wide for an implant??? I honestly don't know. It's just I have noticed that often implant-noses are quite narrow.

I've seen him in several dramas and I don't know if I'm crazy but it looks like he did something to his face recently. It may be his lips, which nowadays look enhanced with fillers or something... Even in motion, his face looks very doll-like and altered...

I actually bet he's been doing lip fillers for a long time, at least since Love Alarm, and that's why his lips seem to go from HUGE to just normally full and back again.

For actual invasive procedures, I honestly have no idea. His features don't look very different from his predebuts except for possibly a higher nose bridge, and even that I'm not at all sure about. Honestly, if I didn't have predebuts, I would guess he might have had a jaw shave and nose job. I didn't really question his eyelids because they, and his eyes, are slightly uneven and therefore more likely to be natural I guess. I posted about his nose earlier and how impossible it is lol, but for his jaw, the fishy thing is that he has a weak mandible angle.

But then from his predebuts his jaw looks pretty much unchanged to me:

I think this leaves two options:

1. He hasn't had a jaw shave and his mandible angle is just naturally weak. (My mandible angle is very similar to his and I haven't had a jaw shave, so a weak mandible angle is something that can occur naturally.)

2. He has had a jaw shave and it was just done before his predebuts were taken. (This wouldn't be a possibility except that all his predebuts are from high school graduation when he would've been a late teenager. As we've seen, plenty of idols have had invasive surgeries performed at this age so I think it's possibly he did too, though maybe less likely given he was an ordinary high school student and not a celebrity yet.)

I wish I remembered where I saw this so I could link it but I remember him saying somewhere that no one noticed him (for being attractive) in school until he got a hair cut. Now this could have nothing to do with PS, but it does sound a little suspicious to me.

I watched Love Alarm and I didn't really think much on his lips (though they look very nice, lol) but yes, they vary in size and you can tell because the lines of his lips look swollen.

We all know someone can have just one thing but if it's done incorrectly it can completely alter their face.

I've been thinking that I may need blepharoplasty or laser blepharoplasty but I just can't stand the thought of someone touching my face lol. I don't even like getting manicures or pedicures, haha. Also, what if it looks wrong? Hmmm, maybe when I'm in my late 30's...

Taemin, as of late, since a few years ago, it's abusing the fillers. His face always looks like this and it's painful to watch. I remember that in SuperM's TV Show, when he was with Lucas working for a flower shop and I think they were taking a break, a middle aged woman (an employee i think) said to him "Oh, I thought you were fat when I first saw you" or something of the sort, and he said "Yeah, many people assume that about me" when in fact his face looks so bloated that to the untrained eye he looks overweight or something when he's in fact already so skinny. 

Also what is happening to Onew's nose in this?

He was very taut here but he was also only seventeen so obviously a lot has changed. He was also very skinny here.

He looks slightly fuller here to me than the previous year but the difference is tiny and probably just natural growing up.

2014:

Once again, maybe ever so slightly fuller but nothing drastic.

2015-2017 look pretty consistent to me tho I do start to see a little more fullness in this last pic.

2018:

Maybe the tiniest bit fuller in some pics but mostly still the same. He's 24 by this point so I would think his face should have pretty much set.

I start to notice him looking fuller on and off this year. Weirdly the area that fluctuates seems to be his lower cheeks, kind of by his mouth?

I honestly don't know what I think, but it looks to me like his face "settled" in about 2016-ish and stayed that way through 2018. It was only in 2019 to the present that I start to see changes. This makes me think they probably aren't a product of aging. Maybe weight gain, but then again, I don't see a drastic weight gain from 2018 to 2019 so I'm honestly so confused. This makes me think maybe fillers? I'm really not sure. It might be dietary or something health-related in his personal life too.

Why do I feel like Ning Ning will look like this in 10 years? This is what I've been saying: you can bloat and such but how can your face looks like that and your body looks skinny? And then having your face look slimmer after a while? I'm no expert but his face is turning into an sponge face, sort of like Madonna, for having so much filler (this is my opinion though).

Baekhyun is starting to look similar: his cheeks look so inflated that some people assume that he gained weight... Which, gaining weight is not bad but in his case and in many idols's case, they want to look thin for obvious reasons but all the filler is breaking all that hard work lol. 

What do you guys think?

This idol reminds me a lot of BTS V. WOW. I'm not an ARMY but V has looked like this at times when laughing... But I know is the combination of the nose job plus cheek fillers.

She looks amazing and very natural but I remember she posted some throwback pictures from Peek-A-Boo and she looks completely different! Not in a drastic way but her face looks longer and she has that "actress" vibe about her.

Maybe she had something done to her chin?

It's not really about a specific facial feature that is making them look plastic. It's more about how their skin looks. Jane's nose, eyes, and jaw looks the same to me since 2018 however she definitely looks different. I'm not sure if this makes sense but it's like they're wearing a realistic "human" face mask (like the ones you would see as a disguise in a spy movie).

A lot of people think that fillers are good alternatives for PS, but really to me it looks weird. Not everyone has a face that can pull of or look good with fillers. Also, can overuse of fillers be reversed? cause some of these people looks like their skin is dying.

That's the right term! Pillow face! A lot of idols be looking like that and they are not even 30... Other celebrities in their 40's look better and more natural than many youngsters. It's disturbing.
