I’m also torn about his nose. I feel he contours it with makeup cause some pics it looks narrow and done it doesn’t. I know he has had fillers to make his bridge a bit taller (have to search for pics but I use to be a huge Jackson fan, so I knew when he got it done.

Compared to 2014 to now, I know he lost a lot of weight, which also contributed to looking different. He would always say he was chubby during early debut.

Whenever I watch a documentary about South Korea, it really amazes me the difference between the average Korean and kpop idols. Even the “average” looking idols who aren’t visuals look like models in comparison and would probably be seen as gorgeous outside of kpop.

Has you guys seen this video? She is a famous plus size model in China. She is a lot smaller than plus size models in the West. She would normally be seen as average size, not thin or plus sized. It just shows how the “norm” is considered extremely strict with body fat

I'm curious if anyone else sees this slight asymmetry. It's very slight and has been there since she's debuted, even in some of her childhood pics but it looks more prominent later. I see the same thing with Yoona's face- this slight asymmetry where one side of her face is more prominent than the other side. In Yoona's case too its her right side that is a little smaller/lower than her left and her right jaw is smaller. I also see it slightly with Jisoo but verrryyyy slightly. The right side of her jaw and face is smaller. It's normal though, nothing wrong with it, I'm just curious if anyone else sees it or is it just me and my hyperawareness of it? 

 

 

My face is the same way lol, especially in Yoona’s case. 
 

Jessica has asymmetry too. She rarely shows the right side of her face

She doesn’t look bad. I do know our brains get freaked out when we see something different. Not sure why  she choose the left side but I think it’s because it doesn’t show her  asymmetry as much?

so her jaw protrudes more on the left side of her face. The protruding is less obvious when her left side is facing towards the camera since that’s were the protrusion is. And also I think it’s a bit more appealing for the eye that’s away from the camera to be higher than vice versa. So it’s more about what angles does your features look the best in.... especially on camera.

I remember someone said when an idol goes blonde it means they done a procedure and the hair dying distracts the viewers from their changed appearance. Sonmi went blonde in her comeback. Does anyone think she got anything.

 

I also notice when idols go blonde they go all out platinum. Blonde comes in all different variation. Would love to see someone doing dirty blonde, strawberry blonde, ash blonde, etc. I’m sure some have but I don’t think it’s too common

One thing I realize is that Rose’s face doesn’t as long before her possible jaw reduction. Like the fuller jaw balances her mid face.

Like like she gotten her eyes widen, rhinoplasty, and lip injections. I’m 100% certain about her nose. Her sister got a rhinoplasty too. How recent are the first reo pics? She looks swollen like her face didn’t settle yet

Her nose looks swollen too like it was a recent procedure (the one where she wears a white tank top). Oh yes I agree I’m 100% sure of the lips too.

Tiffany, I do think has had a jaw shave. I believe its been discussed here a while back, but her jaw looks like this:

Her jaw bone goes straight up to her ear and there is not a visible mandible angle.

Looking at her older pics, it looks like this wasn't always the case, leading me to believe she shaved her jaw in SNSD's early years, probably between 2009 and 2010.

As for Sooyoung, I suspect she has in recent years gotten either chin fillers or a chip implant, but I don't see a jaw shave:

 

SNSD, along with Aespa, is one of the groups with the highest percentages of jaw shaves (SM's stupid obsession with v-lines), but I definitely wouldn't say 9/9 members of have had one.

 

I wish the doctors (and companies) focus on facial harmony rather than the list of things that’s desirable in Korea. Tiffany has a long mid face and a slimmer jaw just accentuates it so much more (same thing I said about rose). Her jaw was fine too.
