I honestly couldn't tell you even after looking at a bunch of pics, probably due to me not being able to tell the exact timeline of the pictures I found.

I think he has an implant...? I'm really indecisive since his nose sometimes can look so... plastic (there's literally no other way to put it lol) like this:

Yet, he's kind of always had this look, just less intense.

I always go back in forth between tip work or implant (could be both, I know). Also, I feel like his nose looked more natural a few years after his debut, while his nose during WoW (debut song) and a couple of comebacks after didn't seem as natural?

He's such a confusing case to me lol

His nose is.... More ? I think it's implant if you ask me, because you can see his nose got a bit bulkier, probably to accommodate a proper hooked tip, which seems to be favoured. 

If you ask me I think he had at least 2 nosejobs, one during the era you are talking about, which made his nose pointy but small. Other now, which they inserted implant. I might be wrong tho, I never followed him, just saying based on photos and Google.

Heeseung's look godly like this rip. I think my list would be similar but Kei Namjoo combo is not at the same level as Heeseung's honestly. Heeseung's is very obvious, but at least it's not crooked, which is a win here. Tho, I don't think we really need to rank worst nosejob's I think most people would have similar list maybe with one or two being different.

I've seen some speculation on this thread that he may have gotten nose fillers in the last year or so. I wouldn't be too surprised by that by if he did, it was quite subtle. 

For Miyeon, I wouldn't be that surprised if her nose was natural too. Like you said, she lacks predebuts. This is really all there is from before she was a trainee and honestly, she's too young in the here to really say (the angles also don't match up). The nose doesn't really fully develop until adolescence:

I will say, if she did her nose, it was before she did her jaw, because she still has her original jaw in this video from when she was a trainee but her nose is the same as the one she has now:

Also, I doubt there's an implant of any sort in her nose. Her bridge is too irregular. There's a slight dorsal hump:

 Implants create a perfectly straight bridge. If she did raise her bridge somehow, my bet is it would have to have been done with fillers.

his nose tip seems a bit lifted? i think for both they were already good looking and everything they did is to fix small details or fix areas they dislike. I only pity Miyeon's jaw honestly

might be honestly, i still think he nose is a bit slimmed down, reminds me beomgyu from previous page, playing around with already perfect nose, i think hyunjae's is just much more minimal thankfully. I might be wrong tho, when it comes to PS i trust fans over myself, as they see their  bias' face alot more than me *^* so it wouldnt surprise me if he didnt do anything like you said

I read everything you wrote but i especially want to comment this part as it is something i noticed as well. Especially on Qoo, which is the forum i prefer over Pann, maybe i will sound a bit biased lol, but I saw Scoups go to HOT section so many times solely with selfies, its frankly absurd. He originally had quite a normal, around same public presence as other members, but it truly increased his reputation, and one of the comments i see most is about his features looking natural. Idk, i just wanted to add this in as it is something i noticed for like a year now? I think SK in general wants natural looks again, you dont necessarily have to be natural tho, just look that way, thats why more monolid (or even ones with hidden double eyelid) idols are kind of getting popular and liked these days. It is also why idols like Jennie is liked, even their taste in actresses moved a bit.

Paralysis and loss of function to my knowledge. But yes there is very little material about aging with jaw shave, we need like probably another 10 years.

not a source I like but they reference some real events. 

overall even smallest ps is surgery afterall, and every surgery had slight chance of never waking up from anesthesia, so yeah this risk increases the more serious your situation is. People tend to think it's nothing, but there is a reason doctors themselves barely do any invasive surgeries.

in some images she does seem to have some looseness around her jaw but yeah, in most cases (not all) i always feel hesitant about saying someone definitely had a jaw shave - nayeon maybe had other procedures to her jawline or chin but from a non-stan perspective, twice just seem to be constantly active, always shooting or promoting something so idk when she could have fit a jaw shave into her schedule

Jaw shave is a long process to heal, you can't suddenly go get it, it's more likely for her to get fat reduction around that area rather than getting another jaw shave.

From the very start mandible's broader bones are shaved down, that's the key of the surgery. You might still see some mandible in after situations, but they will be very weak, without corner most Korean's dislike. I just mentioned I can see Nayeon's mandible in the given GIFs, you can share the videos etc from 2010 as well, given mandible is visible, they might be a better evidence.

I don't think anything is different looking at the pics/videos? It doesn't look like fillers to me here 

it feels more like weight at times, and bad editing make up combo in others lol maybe I'm wrong however, as there is so little content to check for now, and I'm not too sure of their timing.

edit: I was still kinda right about the desaturated colors, though. The original pic is already low saturation but the cropped portraits are even more grey. But I no longer have the grounds to suggest that was done maliciously lol

Yes it's common for minors to get ps, at least seems to be for 4th gen.

Yes, that's why it's supposed to be performed with parental confirmation, but as you can imagine, that's solely a legal procedure, more often than not parents of idol trainees are clueless about what happens in company and tend to confirm everything per company request. Usually if you get a ps at young age, you might want to get a corrective second in adulthood, so it blends better with features.

Yeah honestly her breast sit at area where mine sits without bra, they are definitely not finding proper bras for her in my opinion. Not to mention she has to dance, even with well fitted bras boobs you know tend to go allover the place, so I assume they try to find ones that sticks really close to ther body so it won't move too much? I don't it's padding for her, like 99.9% sure that's just natural, with very bad bras like you said. I went to some Korean forums where international people hang out, they discuss how they had to order back from their country and their friends etc would send it, and these people were struggling only with D size. I imagine it's a nightmare to find something proper at Korea reading that tbh
