Yeah, bone shaving is definitely more noticeable but still...you can't never know. 
For fat reducing you mean botox injection ? I was a bit suspicious of Seungkwan's jawline, he either lost looooots of weight or did something to sort of melt away the fat in his cheeks/jaw

I haven't seen the photoshoot, but that could be photoshopped though! Considering he's spoke a lot about the fact the he exercises regularly and that he diets before comeback, it's probably a bit of both? He definitely looks skinnier than he used to be but his cheeks and jawline are a bit too defined. 

Who knows! He has definitely messed around with fillers on the nose bridge so he could have definitely had some botox in the muscle of his jaw to make it slimmer. It's a pretty popular procedure, it seems.

Has anyone noticed recently Song Minho has double eyelid? Is it surgery or tape? I know he had his nose done (best nose job on a male idol) and probably some chin work, did he have something else done?

It kind of makes me sad that some idols like YooA feel the need to completely change their faces to be accepted by the industry. I'm not saying PS is bad or whatever, I'm completely pro PS but sometimes I feel like some idols go overboard. I wonder if they even have a psychologist consultation in South Korea. I doubt they do.

Yeah, it's definitely better but it's soooo unnecessary. I hope Joshua and Jeonghan never get them again...but I doubt it. A few members seem to get them regularly. While Jeonghan's nose is not bad it's still obvious imo.

Jeonghan's was already quite an old nose job, so fillers did not bother me, hell i think fillers after it faded a little suited him so much, he looks so cute like this

Yeah, chins just never look good. I guess those plastic surgeons just want the coin, it doesn't matter if it turns out bad.

When Minghao has fillers it's super noticeable. Idk why he gets them, he already has a small oval chin. Fillers just make his face longer than it is.

I noticed recently Seungkwan lost lots of weight and his face looks soooo slim. Did he get some botox for his nasolabial folds? It looks like they disappeared.

I think Kyuhyun at least did a couple of surgeries on his eyes. And I think he should have just stopped at the first honestly, his eyes look a bit too creepy sometimes.  His nose is also suspicious, but I didn't notice anything new! 
I think he might get some fillers/botox in his face? He looks pretty swollen and tight sometimes but I'm not sure...Maybe it's because he doesn't really diet so it might be just his weight fluctuating,

Plus his extreme diet habits are super scary.

I've started following his IG this year, but I mostly got into Suju through Heechul on Knowing Bros. Yesung became my favourite almost immediately!
From what i've seen he's done his nose a long time ago, can't pinpoint the year bc i'm a recent fan. I have to say I like his new nose, it's what he wanted so I'm glad. Honestly there wasn't anything wrong with his old nose, it was cute. His brother has the same nose and he looks good. 

Anyway, another thing I'm sure he got is chin fillers, bc his chin shape kept fluctuating so I don't think it's an implant. Apparently he stopped recently bc his chin doesn't look has pointy as it did anymore. (but probably he still has some residue or has gotten a better doctor)

For the past year I was suspicious about his cheekbones and in general the lack of fat in his face. But he was pretty much starving himself (he said on suju returns he was eating just two biscuits in a day...) so I don't think he got botox or anything. What do you think?

Based on the last activities he gained weight! I think he said he gained about 5 kg?? And he looks so much like his old self!! I'm so happy, he looks way more healthy.I hope he stays that way. 
Although based on how much he photoshops his face in selfies...probably not. *sigh*

YES! And it's all because he got bullied online by the 'fans' since debut.
I've seen that video and it's truly a sad story. You can see his mental health deteriorate during the years. 
With how mental health is perceived in SK sadly he won't ever get help...unless he ends up in the hospital or something serious. 

I don't want to diagnose him, but it's clear he has an eating disorder.

He probably felt left out bc of his looks...plus he had the least fans in Suju I think. He's not extroverted or funny like Shindong and Eunhyuk so he couldn't stand out.  That must have hurt. 
That's how he started going to extreme lengths, I think.

Oh yeah, I think he got fillers on his nose bridge. It looks taller and pointier then before. Probably to make his face sharper so it looks like he lost even more weight. Not sure about anything else.

He might have done something to tighten the loose skin on his neck/chin. But that's kind of natural bc he lost a BIG amount of weight so his skin is bound to do that. It can't re-absorb since he was overweight for a long time

Since we were talking about Suju and jaw shaves/fillers. What do you think Ryowook did to his jaw? Is it just weight gain and fillers??

I don't follow him much, but i noticed in an old clip that he used to have a strong angular jaw and chin and now he's got an oval face. 
I'm sure he's certainly not as as skinny as he used to be (thankfully, bc he looks so much better) but his face couldn't have changed THAT much only with some fat on.

And yes!! Nose threading can be taken out, and technically its not even surgery so if you are not happy with outcome you can easily fix it with smaller threads. Nose threading is ideal for people with small yet shapely nose which dino has, he only needed a pointier one to create better profile, so threading is truly best choice for him. And i agree so many idols can try out threading first, and if they are unhappy they can get nose job afterwards o.o but i guess threadings false job danger is more, since thread can literally poke out of your nose (ew) but it is fixable (tho i heard its swelling can be nightmare). My only guess is since nose job is more expensive doctors suggest PS before everything lol

Yeah I guess he went for the typical k-pop face...which is a shame imo. It's quite uncanny. and i much prefer subtle things. I hate when they all strive to that ONE look.
I feel like Seungkwan is doing the same recently. He's striving for that chiseled long face, i think he got fillers in his chin to make his face longer and less round...I can imagine the pressure they all have. But meh. He was appreciated just as much before so i feel like it's really unnecessary. 

The nose threading thing is AMAZING. It looks natural and i feel like every idol should go for that.

We can finally see his square-ish chin (still think he did some sort of surgery to it) So glad!! Chin fillers are shit.

Yeah it looks like they are fading away! I hope he doesn't touch his chin anymore! Although i think he did something to it...before debut it was a lot more square and angular. But those angles are gone now. mmm
Also Joshua needs to stop with that filler craze he's going through right now...it's not gooood.

But that square feeling is there due to fillers and weight gain, fat fades based on his weight, but fillers stay no matter what so thats why that part looks bit lumpy sometimes. When he gains weight, such as times at japan arena tour, you can see his chin looks so soft, not square at all, but the second he loses weight it returns to square but this time due to fillers it looks like bigger square than it should be. Basically without fillers his square chin looks quite normal, with them, his chin looks "long". Thats why when fillers fade his face instantly start to look softer. 

Also, i realized that square feature shows when he smiles, so its best to compare pics that slightly smile like ones i choose  o.o

Otherwise I dont dont think hoshi got any permenant surgery, everything he got is with fillers, and tbh he seems to not like ps too much from his comments about his mom and sister (he said he loves his eyes, but sis and mom got double eyelid surgery as soon as they can)

Oh! I thought he had something done to his jaw or something! But as you said It could also be weight loss. I always forget koreans carry their weight on their faces...Actually i'm kinda the same even though i'm not asian 
 

Yeah, he's definitely one of the most natural idols! I don't know if he doesn't like the idea of plastic surgery or what. 
it was kind of sad that his mom and sister got ps as soon as they had the money...i mean sure if they were insecure or something but i hope it suits their faces and it's not some obvious deep eyelid
