Hey! Since you guys were talking about heights, i was wondering. According to the interview with Grace, Alexa is 149 cm, the same height as Nako. I was watching them i wonder why Alexa doesn't look like a fetus haha. No shade to Nako (she's so cute) but she looks tiny like a child while Alexa doesn't. Is it styling? Is it proportions? Is it the concept? Is it weight? Bones structure? Or maybe i'm wrong and you guys percieve Alexa's height equal to Nako's?  Actually, Yoojung is supposed to be taller but i think she looks smaller than Alexa. What do you guys think?

Probably has to do with proportions. That can really make someone look taller than they really are. 
 

Seulgi is 161cm (looked this up) and she looks about 166/167cm

Lisa is 166.5cm (shown when she measured her height in real men) but looks 169+

Hyuna is 162cm (She admits that her profile height is a lie) but looks taller like 165/166cm

Rose is a little taller than Lisa but Lisa looks taller. Rose looks shorter than she is (she is 167 or 168cm)

It’s pretty said seeing those comments because being “flat faced” is a common feature with East Asians. Like why dislike a unique features that are seen in certain ethnicities. This isn’t surprising tho, just pointing that out.

Hip pads are super common and here is a video about Idols wearing hip pads vs when they aren’t. Jennie is used the most because she uses it quite often. She is naturally an inverted triangle but wears hip pads to mimick an hourglass. Been interested in learning body types lately lol.

At first I was gonna disagree with you about Momo’s boobs and get pictures to show proof she always had more than the 7 other members (except Jihyo lol), but I realize you are probably right. They do look bigger. But I still can’t say for 10000% sure because how she dressed in debut is different (more covered up in the chest area ), and she might just be showing off more.

Took some time to explain body types and give examples

Apple

Waist is fullest part of the body, narrow hips, top heavy from waist up.

Rectangle

Shoulders, waist, and hips and roughly the same measurements 

 

Inverted Triangle

Shoulders are a lot wider than hips. Waist isn’t necessarily defined but it’s smaller than upper body 

 

Hourglass 

shoulders and hips are about the same measurements. Define waist. Upper and lower body is proportionate 

 

Pear,

Hips are the widest/fullest part of the body. Define waist. Bottom heavy.

I've seen this excuse use multiple times. Like I'm sure Lisa is not faking her fear of needles but using that to debunk the obvious work she had done is a bit of a reach.

What other idols have a fear of needles yet are suspected of surgery? only momo and lisa are coming to mind rn.

They also have to think about the fear vs reward. If someone hates needles but they know they will get the looks they desire, they may try to overcome it. So many people have to do things they hate to get what they want. That’s life in general lol

Thanks! Yes we don’t truly know them so this is just from what I see. And yes hourglass and pear shapes are the least common. Inverted triangle and rectangle are the most common in female idols. Shows that you don’t have to be beautiful with an hourglass. And other shakes had their pros too. Inverted triangle bodies look athletic, Apple tend to not gain much weight in the arms and legs.

I think it’s padded because all of her other pics her boobs aren’t that size lol. And her posts are quite recent from each other.

Have you guys thought Tzuyu had carboxy shots or she just lost weight? Tzuyu even in her earlier days was slim, but her legs were always a bit bigger than the rest of her body, (nothing wrong with that).
 

I do notice weight loss , it’s interesting that now her legs look more proportioned to her body, like a lot of her weight came off of her legs.

EDIT:

yeah I think it’s weight loss cause her arms really look skinny and she probably had to get a sacrifice most of the fat in her upper body in order for her legs to look slender.

Some part of me feels glad she chooses the weight loss route than the shots but another part of me feels sad because she probably has to lower her body fat% to much lower than the other members, so that her legs can match with theirs.
