I'm gonna post a pic of his og jaw under the spoiler, it's not the best quality but you can see that while his jaw might have not been perfectly even and straight to begin with it certainly wasn't this bumpy before.

You mean the kinda little dip in the middle? I've noticed that too on some other idols and I always wondered what it was (but didn't just want to chalk it up to only people who did their jaw/jaw surgery because I've seen it before on 1 or 2 people who haven’t seemed to touch their jaw). But it is suspicious

You were! I also was thinking about if she got her eyes done but just thought it was maybe make up until I saw the pictures. It was really well done. Like if all she wanted was her eyes to stay the exact same but just bigger they gave her exactly that. Super nice and well done

Here she doesn't have a high nose bridge and you can't see into her nostrils

Here her nose bridge is a lot higher

Here it looks like she had tip work done (it actually kinda looks like she doesn't really have a tip in some pictures. like they took too much away)

I remember seeing a video of a dentist saying getting veneers (for all your teeth and especially at a young age) is really bad. I think the video was of an 18 year old girl getting veneers for all her teeth and the dentist said it was really bad and the girl basically just ruined her teeth and would need dentures by the time shes 40. From what I've seen from videos and pictures it seems like they shave (or however they do it) your teeth to like little nubs/pieces of teeth and then put the veneers. It doesn't seem like its healthy or good to do that for all your teeth and then especially at a young age

 

EDIT: Ok so I found the video and I was wrong lmao. Theres a difference between veneers and crowns and crowns/full coverage crowns are the ones that are worse/ the ones I was talking about and the ones idols seem to get

Ok (putting aside the obvious health risks) this looks really well done. A lot of times with full coverage crowns they’re a bit too big (and a lot of times unnaturally white) which makes it obvious someone has fake teeth but this (if it also wasn’t for the unrealistic whiteness) I would of thought those were his natural teeth and they were amazing. And ngl if ur gonna risk ur oral health for something like this, this is at least what you should be aiming for. It looks good

With all due respect to her, i really don't see it. I think she went way to far. Her face looks puled and too sculpted. Not to mention how much it aged her. She was a pretty girl but wanted to be outstandingly gorgeous model. If she wanted to look more refined, then she should've stoped a couple of years ago after some minimal changes.

But that is just my opinion. She used to be beautiful to me, now she looks too unnatural to me...

Yeah like I hate to say it but her nose doesn't look good (it looks really badly done) and considering how she already looks aged and all her procedures, I can't see her aging well. 

Like she did go from average to outstanding but it was too much and doesn't seem like its going to be good for her in the future (which is a shame. shes so young)

How do you tell the difference between hairline revision and someone just getting a receding hairline from constantly bleaching, styling, etc their hair? Because I know hairline revision is a thing but tbh whenever I see an idol who has gotten a higher hairline I just chalk it up to the constant bleaching/bad treatment of their hair (like its no secret a lot of idols have receding/messed up hairlines and bald spots and stuff from constantly bleaching their hair) as opposed to an intentional thing and some just got lucky and having a higher hairline actually ended up helping them

You know aespa doesn't look as bad as they are made out to be. Like yeah they've gotten a lot of surgeries and some look nothing like their pre-debut self and their reveal was a shock, but they do look good (and a lot of their surgeries are the same ones a lot of other idols have (their nose, eyelids, corners, etc) so many idols have all those same surgeries now)

Ningning is so adorable and her bloating seems to have really gone down in recent videos, making her look even better (and i do gotta say- she does look like jennie. I know some people say she doesn't but watching videos I see her sometimes and she just looks so much like her you can't deny it. Like its not even just her eyes, her lips look really similar to the way jennie gets hers done and if ningnings nose was just a tiny bit smaller and a little bit of a different shape, she'd be jennies carbon copy)

Winter is pretty and her nose does give her this too perfect aura that doesn't have a natural feel but the girls still pretty and doesn’t look messed up by any means

Katrina I personally think is so beautiful and she looks good/unique but I will admit I can't get over her jaw. It's super messed up and shes so young and it's a shame and sad

Giselle is super pretty and natural. Her procedures were done really well

 

I think their reveal was just a big shock and they have gotten a lot of work done (too much for people as young as they are) but they aren't horrible or plastic or whatever. They look like a lot of other groups (in terms of surgeries) but they were just unlucky to have all their surgeries done all together instead of being paced out like other idols

Yeah I definitely think the editing, bad/heavy make up, many procedures, etc added to it and made it a lot bigger. Now that they're doing this nice natural makeup/styling, they look so much better. Their beginning/debut was just too much tbh

About Ningning I don't think shes always constantly looking like jennie but again just at certain times I see her and really see a resemblance (like for example I was watching this video (www.youtube.com/watch?v=G86AwZk960I)  when I made my comment and kept seeing it but again its not all the time. She doesn't constantly look like her).

Katrina's jaw is just too harsh. I think shes pretty but every time I see her jaw I do think it looks really bad and I don't wanna say ruin but it really messes with her look (I think if it wasn't for her jaw work, her surgeries would be successful. Like she did change her whole face and thats sad but her nose looks amazing and shes got pretty eyes (not much different from other idols tho in the sense when you all get the same eye surgeries (double eyelids + corner work) a lot of people end up with kinda the same eye look) Her work gave her this really pretty distinctive look). I was also thinking about her getting what jaehyun got and I really hope she can get it fixed some way. At least make it look better aesthetically if nothing else. Also lol I love Tim Burton movies/characters so that comparison was funny as hell to me

Look at the change in her nose bridge. Her bridge has a ski slope shape naturally but I assume she wanted the bridge higher which is why her nose bridge is not just higher but completely differently shaped.

Do you see the very slight changes in her alars and how her columnella is a bit raised? That's a rhinoplasty (specifically a tip plasty). And you can straight up see where the implant is in some lighting, see below. Look between her eyes. Her eyes have also changed as well but I'll put that in another post.

Yeah like not trying to be rude but even in the post the person made they were making a big point that she has this droop/hang but in the last photo they posted of her, theres literally no drooping or hanging ? (even if you look at your pictures or other pictures of her. Sometimes she has this obvious hang/droop and other times it's gone. Personally I think whatever she does, at the tip at least, is temporary because the droop or lack of always seems to come and go. Its not permanent)

But anyway I don't get why whenever someone tries to talk about tzuyu people get really defensive and even start getting all these clowns/dislikes (some people got so mad about my post about her), like plastic surgery isn't bad and we aren't talking bad about her and tzuyu is obviously a gorgeous girl with amazing work so I don't get it?

OT but Jungwoos procedures were so good. I remember when he was discussed pages back and I was so shocked seeing his before/pre debut pictures. Like he wasn't unattractive or anything but wow. His procedures were done so well and completely elevated his looks. Definitely some of the more successful/best work

And also some people think of plastic surgery as bad or offensive and theres no way their precious fav got anything done. Like that other user was quick to talk so much shit about aespa but gets so mad when anyone even dares insinuate tzuyu could have possibly gotten work done. Like it's best to realize some people are just like that and it isn't worth our time and its better to just ignore them and move on

They seem really happy with the results, which I'm glad, but the noses don't look good. It's like the doctor just gave them this pinched too thin (kinda very korean ideal) nose and just called it a day not considering if the nose would actually suit them or look good with their features. But I remember watching the videos and one of the girls said the surgeon doing her nose was one who worked with many idols/famous people but her nose doesn't seem like that and I hate to think they did ghost surgery

I love how Jin is letting him self age. Like of course he isn't actually old or anything but I was watching one of the newer run bts episodes and I love how you can see the crinkles/lines around his eyes when he smiles. He isn't running and getting a ton of fillers at the first sight of aging or 'imperfections,' hes just letting it happen. Its really nice and I think it really shows how secure he is in himself.

Also, about Taehyung, I think something about Taehyungs looks is he's intimidatingly attractive. Some people are attractive but still approachable and then some people are so unreal attractive its intimidating or makes it hard or not easy to approach them and I definitely think thats something that happened to him. It's not bad or anything but just something I've noticed and a vibe I think whatever he's recently been doing has given him. 

Also, about what @camelliabloom said about Taehyung's body language, I would love for you to elaborate on that or tell us more about what you think

Yeah exactly! Its also nice how he doesn't fall into the pressure of having a perfect young looking face. He has some small signs of aging or "imperfections" but he doesn't seem to care and is letting it be (which is probably even harder because other members get filler. So its not just this big pressure as an idol to look a certain way but his own members get it a lot too which can make it harder but it doesn't seem to get to him). 

Also with what other people said about Jin, I think he's also had corner work (epicanthoplasty + probably lateral canthoplasty). Before in pictures his eyes looked not small or closed in but basically small/closed in and now his eyes are a lot wider and open and theres a lot more exposure of his tear ducts. And I also think Jin may have had a jaw shave. I tried looking at older pictures of his but they aren't the best so its kinda hard to tell but his jaw is really smooth and doesn't have an angle. I think he did it before debut and I actually think its not too bad. In general Jin doesn't seem to mess too much with his face (he got some initial work and then some maintenance here and there but besides that he just lets himself be and its probably why hes always looked good and will continue to look good)

I don't have too much to say except that maybe his image direction changed. His pictures from 2013-2014 are very indicative of his original marketing as a 4D Alien with him making silly faces at fansigns and smiling, chin angled downward at events, esp red carpets. Nowadays he hardly smiles for red carpets and his is angled upward. Angling your head upwards is associated with cockiness or dominance at the very least. His styling changed completely over the years as well as his face/aura so I wouldn't rule out this all being deliberate as part of marketing to a western audience as opposed to just a Korean audience. BH is much more deliberate and strategic than people think about BTS's image, I say that as a former fan.

Also wanna say that whoever did JK's nose job definitely did V's as well. Both of their noses are so well done and natural looking.

That's really interesting and I definitely agree with the BH being much more deliberate and strategic than people think. But what I find funny is Taehyung seems to give some people the impression of being stuck up or having let the fame/success get to his head (I've heard quite a few people say that), so its kinda funny how bh could want him to not smile/have this hard/not impressed face/image which can easily make people think hes cocky or full of himself which obviously isn't good and can easily turn people off. I definitely do think bts are really really good with sticking to their specific image so its kinda hard to tell whats really them and whats them just keeping up their image/character. Do you think his change is purely just a different image or how he actually can be now?

I think it's important when looking at jaws for signs of jaw shaves to make sure that the mandible angle is actually missing and not that it's just hidden like in Jin's case. Most people's mandible angles aren't going to be super prominent all the time. Even J-Hope, who typically has a pretty prominent mandible angle:

 

But don't you think his angle is a bit high up (in the sense when some people get jaw shaves but its a good one and they remove only a little of the bone giving you a more v shape and a mandible angle but you now have a smaller, slightly higher up one)? Especially in the picture where hes wearing a pink shirt? Not saying your wrong, you're definitely right in what your saying, but just wondering
