It's not actually different, the 2nd image they used is just blurred. I can assure you the tip of her nose didn't suddenly vanish.

She fractured a cheek according to official reports. That wouldn't explain her having a different nose and lip fillers. I don't understand why everyone is so quick to blame the accident for every change she made during her long downtime, knowing from previous experience how she might utilize that downtime (ie plastic surgery.) It would be different if someone without a history of obvious cosmetic procedures had an accident and was forced to make some changes, and those changes actually made sense given their injuries, but neither of those factors apply here.

It makes no sense for supposedly involuntary procedures to be treated as off limits anyway. A lot of idols get coerced into it, with or without an accident. For all we know, the jaw shave everyone in this thread has criticized at some point or another wasn't even her idea. So what difference does it make?

My take is that he's an opportunist trying to sell plastic surgery to people through TikTok. I'm also willing to bet he specializes in nose jobs, since he claims everyone he mentions has had one, no matter how improbable. The basic premise is that he can help you look like them, for a price of course (even though he's never met any of these celebrities, much less worked on them himself.)

And if you look through his comments, you'll see he's successfully forming a rather fanatical following (read: potential customer base) of people who believe his every word just because he's a "professional" (despite the fact that analyzing people's faces for potential plastic surgery is not even his actual profession.) Frankly I doubt he's even trying that hard. He can just throw out some random procedures for every request he gets and they'll just eat it up regardless, just like several users of this forum have. People should stop giving him the exposure he seeks.

So can we finally end the false narrative that's been repeated ad nauseum in this thread by supposed "PS positive" people that "idols don't care about any of this?" Yeah, they definitely care. It's the most active thread on what's left of this dead forum, and pretty hard to ignore when it's pinned to the top (which it shouldn't be.)

I just want to make sure everyone understands that the people you're actually talking about would dislike this thread a lot more than I do, as there are still some who genuinely don't seem to realize that. Then there are others who merely pretend to be "PS positive" so they can talk shit about the idols on the down low while hypocritically blasting those who are actually up front about not being "PS positive" or who dare to challenge their speculation. Thing is, none of that matters, as the actual subjects of this thread would take it as shit talking either way. If you're going to shit talk, at least admit you're shit talking. That's all I'm saying.

I never understood people coming on this thread and being like idols wouldn't like you talking about their surgeries!!!!! Korean society doesn't think badly of plastic surgery and openly discuss it themselves. They wouldn't care. + what am I supposed to do? Just keep pretending an idol hasn't had two different noses, etc? Talking about ps (and the ps idols get) helps people feel better about themselves and helps destigmatize ps. If YOU don't like plastic surgery and just hate people saying your fav got something done, say that and go 

 

Please show me where in this thread I ever said I disliked Aespa, Wendy or any other idol for that matter. Don't worry, I'll wait.

This is exactly the sort of logic that makes this thread so toxic. No, not everyone has had PS, and if you’re going to take the self-righteous stance that they all have and it’s your job to prove it, it only reinforces the idea that you’re accusing them of something bad. 

For what it’s worth, I can see why they’re getting clowned. She looked perfectly normal on Seulgi Zip. But of course everyone in this thread loves to take just one or two photos as evidence and then dive down the rabbit hole at full speed. 

Also, if you can’t accept any resistance to your speculation, perhaps it’s best if you didn’t post it. It’s not that deep.

I didn’t say that. I don’t think anyone has ever suggested that all kpop idols are natural. Under more normal circumstances it wouldn’t be toxic at all to assume people are natural, it would be the default position to take due to plastic surgery’s relative rarity among the general populace, but kpop isn’t normal. That being said, I still think it’s wrong to assume literally everyone in kpop has done it.

You already answered your own question. It's literally from a music video. That's precisely the problem with using it as a basis for making assumptions. Of course, it would also help if people stopped posting one or two images from a single source in general.
