Yeah, I'm pretty sure in Korea having a pointy chin or as they call it a v-line jaw is considered attractive. I mean apparently telling someone they have a big head is an insult lol Because Koreans in general think they have big faces, and I guess they think having a v shape jawline will make the head look smaller? Honestly it's kind of true, some people have a bigger head ( I mean look at Dino) but I wouldn't say it's un-attractive.

Really? In some people it's pretty obvious, but I think it's more about proportions than just head size. For example Dino, he has a small body in comparison with his head, so it looks large even if it's normal size.

All of Seventeen are and are so much less fussed with compared to groups like NCT (sad but true). I think Dino gets fillers on his nose to fill in his bridge so it's less snub - he's gotten it done since Pretty U. He had it touched up (and super contoured) that one concert where he had his hair back and wore the leopard print shirt, it was pretty wedge-y but otherwise it seems to settle and he still has the same otter nose tip and nostrils lol. If it's a nose job it's one of the best in the whole business which is why DK's is actually kinda botched in how beaky and thin it turned out.

He got his eyelids done predebut it's subtle but between his nose and eyes he literally looked like an in-between Wonwu and Joshua 

We literally have the same thoughts ahah I'm also undecided on Dino's nose, but i'm leaning more towards subtle well-done nose job. I'm so sad they botched DK's nose, man, he still looks nice but it's quite obvious. The eyes I didn't even notice, since I haven't followed them since pre debut.  What do you think about the other members?

Besides i think the underpining thing for them is weight, i saw alot of koreans complain about how they dont get weight on face like westerners do, do you have any comments about it too? Like personally i believe if you are too thin your head will look big

Yup, It's because he's short. That's probably why Korean girls, especially think they have a big face/head, it's because they are skinny and petite, so it stands out more.

I mean I don't really care either about head size, but I see what Koreans mean about proportions. 

Actually, I've heard a lot of Koreans say they gain weight easily on the face or look swollen when they eat unhealthy foods lol  (Suju's Yesung and Seungkwan worry a lot about this) But at the same time, they believe fat on the cheeks makes them look younger though, I've heard about fat grafting on the cheeks to make them look fuller (Suju's Kyuhyun probably gets it, cause his face looks weirdly swollen sometimes). It's a bit or a contradiction. 

I believe if u loose too much weight your face will look too thin and look older by their standards, but I don't think it makes your head bigger, unless you already have a big head lol 

For example a few years back I was slightly heavier, like 2-3 kg, but my face looked soooo round and I'm not Asian, so that's probably from person to person. Now that I'm at my normal weight, around 49-50 kg my face looks normal again and my head looks the same lol Maybe that's because I have a pretty small face in general

He might not be classically handsome as Mingyu, or beautiful like Jeonghan, but Seungkwan is so pretty it makes me sad to see him not notice it rip

Especially when he is not next to svt, i realize again and again how gorgeous he is tbh, svt buries each other alot in that department rip

I think he stands out a lot, like his features are unique and memorable. He's not average at all, he's like the cute next door neighbour lol Yup, there's a lot of members so it's easy to get shadowed by the others. I'm glad he has a strong variety sense, some other members can't count on that to stand out. TT 

Sometimes I especially worry about Wonwoo, Jun and The8, they are introverts so I understand them

Last is, for some people weight makes your eyelids look different too similar to cheol, his get so vague when he gains weight, and very prominent to point of scary when he loses too much weight

But yeah i think seungkwan did do something to his eyes. He has double eyelids but they look like they are very different from each other, compared to now

Eyelid  tape is quite unlikely I think, I've only heard that Minghao used to use it (not sure though) but Seungkwan could have used some filters in that selfie! We need video proof lol

Dino often wears very round haircuts (as they all do but his cute bowl cuts like during Oh My!) Which add even additional volume lol. 

Svt is overall the group of superior (for the most part) eye and nose work if they've had anything imo. 

Seungkwan did eyes and lately I think he's playing with nose bridge filler. He looks best without makeup imo, instantly 60% more masculine.

Woozi might have had subtle nose work. His nose used to have a hook/curve in profile I'm not sure if it still does.

Dino's nose as discussed is God tier for either filler or bridge implant and should be a standard example for all idol nosejobs. Considering he was like what 17 during Pretty U or right after, bridgework might have been all they'd be willing to do. That made the difference. I sometimes think he might have had eye corners cut but kept his monolids (thank) but when barefaced he looks the same again. A lot of SVT look best when barefaced imo.

Hoshi plays with fillers I'm not sure if he has done anything permanent. Weight affects his face a lot.

DK is surprisingly the most stark with eyes and nose and since he did it very early during predebut he has highschool pics with his new nose which he touches up with filler. I actually think he did a second eye job around 'Aju Nice' he looked different to me since then. His face has also gotten very gaunt it might be natural but sometimes looks so so sculpted. What bothers me is that he's a case of no nose work was ever needed, his nose actually looks SMALLER then. It was really cute!

 Jeonghan did eyelids and either combo nosejob and nose filler or just filler as he used to have a bump/hook and then his nose was pin straight but subtler bump/hook has returned on and off. 

Th8 has played with fillers on nose but he may have subtly trimmed his down, it's less bulbous but still very much his. If it is they obvs went to the same doc as Dino.

If Jun has had any it's been subtle and inoffensive. I can't tell, all I can see is that he's extremely less tan than he was as a child. His eyes are natural imo.

Joshua I think has had fantastic minor nose work over the years and possible eyes pre-trainee.

Vernon while mostly natural, he might like Dino have had subtle nose work possibly filler on the tip. I think it looked a fraction more bulbous when younger and now is slightly pointy. It's very very very subtle and no one usually mentions it. He might have gotten his natural crease deeper too.

Mingyu is mostly natural. His widow's peak either naturally recessed away or he got his hairline lasered straight to stop a mature "M" shaped hairline from being obvious. Or third option he did a very sparse straight across hair transplant - however it's actually not entirely full. They draw it in hardcore with makeup sometimes so I think it might be a case of just recessed hairline and mild hairloss which is kinda refreshing for one of the most handsome idols. The irony if they intentionally shaved or lasered his peak off it actually makes him look even more mature with the extra forehead lol. He might have made his natural creases slightly deeper. He has interesting buccall fat in his face that's both sculpted and also quite baby-faced. I've heard lip filler suggested.

Scoups has looked different since Q & A / Aju Nice and I can't place it but sometimes he looks very very gaunt. I think in recent pictures post hiatus he looks more himself. Weight really affects his face. Surgery wise maybe eyes. 

Oh, I TOTALLY agree, they look much, much better without make up, especially Jun is so handsome and looks 10 times more like Heechul lol I'll never understand why they always tease his hair so much, it looks ridiculous and wig-like...

Other than Seungkwan, I also think Jeonghan used to look more masculine without the double eye lids, totally unnecessary in my opinion, i hope it's something he wanted and not something the company wanted.

I don't think Wonwoo did anything, if he did have nose fillers maybe to make his nose straighter/sharper? but it's really useless imo

Dino's surgeon is a freaking wizard, best nose job i've ever seen (IF it is, of course) Probably his eyes look better thanks to the nose job, they definitely look closer!

Hoshi definitely plays with fillers on chin/jaw and nose bridge. I don't think he touched his eyes

Oh, i'm still thinking he just gets fillers on bridge/point, I'm soooo glad he stopped with the chin, looked awful and just made his face appear longer than it is. I mean I'd totally understand him if he wanted a nose job, his nose is a perfect candidate. 

Oh yeah, we agree on Jun's eyes, whatever he did, IF he did anything, is done amazingly well. He was born handsome so, they already had a good base to start with lol

Yup, I agree on Joshua's nose, too straight and tall to be his own natural nose. Eyelid seem natural though, why would he get something done in the US? I don't think he had any pressure to do so. Although his family is rich, so maybe? idk

What you said about Vernon and Mingyu is so interesting, because in my eyes he looks the most natural? Eyes especially, his sister has the same eyelids, I don't think they got the same surgery lol As for Mingyu I've never see anyone mention his hair line, wow super interesting, I'll have to look at some pre debut pics...Lip fillers? I don't think I've ever seem male idols get it, seems unlikely imo. Someone was saying he got the buccal fat removed but honestly I can't see that. It just looks like he grow up to me.

I'm surprised about the discussion of Dk's nose here though, while i wouldn't say its the greatest nose job ever I though it was decent enough (though usually any nose job where the nostrils don't become elongated from the front is a pass for me). Overall Seventeen's surgeries are pretty subtle which would make me question why poor Pristin got such awful noses  and I feel like none have gone so overboard that I feel uncomfortable watching them. I'm always thankful for the lack of implants because I have yet to see a facial implant of any sort that doesn't give me uncanny valley vibes.

Also Jeonghans newest nose not a fan but hopefully it'll settle to look nicer.

I definitely agree with the fact that they didn't go overboard, there's definitely bg filled with more ps than Seventeen. 

I would say that Joshua's aegyo sal are actually natural, based on some childhood pics. 

I don't really see any botox fillers on Mingyu and Seungkwan? Some 'evidence'? lol They're so young, it would kinda stupid if they did, but I wouldn't be surprised honestly.

I mean, DK's nose is not the worst ever, but it's still quite a bad nose job, extremely weird nose job even, they could have simply made his bridge higher but they wen tin on the point for some reason ? I'd say of all Seventeen's surgery his is the most obvious, plus maybe joshua's nose?

I hope for Jeonghan's sake those are fillers and not a nose job.

Joshua... Honest to god unless he hated his previous nose, he was so so so gorgeous to start with im so sad. I think if there is anything that can make me sadder its ... I wont say, I WONT SAY THIS THREAD JINXES IT

I think it's probably because they think it would make their faces look less round/bloated. A lot of people get work done on their chin, it's amazing some plastic surgeons can't tell whenever it would suit the person or not. Bc some of the them are really badly done.

I can't believe some people would go to the length of actually shaving their bones...damn. Happy no one in Seventeen, or at least for all we know, did it.
