Hey is this a condition? Or is it just due to aging or weightloss. 

I notice I am developing this too only in one eye. Is there a way to reverse this? Or any procedures to fix it.

You can see in the following photos that between the left eyelid and browbone the fat just dips in. It's where the large shadow is. There's also extra skin hanging over just above the eyelid
