I think another issue is how flat her hair looks in these pictures, it makes her face look longer than it is and prob that's why we feel she looks different on top of editing and whatever she touched

he literally had a nose that perfectly fit his face before i literally don't get it. like, this isn't even a case of getting rid of a big nose, i honestly don't think the new one has elevated his looks. it frustates me because what was the point honestly. it's just an operation for the sake of getting one, as a now 8th year old idol. 

kibum did the same thing, a decade into his career and boom he got a nose job. it just saddens me to see even older idols get rid of their features when they've managed to keep them for so long

As a very long time Seungkwan stan it's really evident he's very insecure about his looks, since he was a trainee. Pledis instilled some just god awful restrictive eating habits in him that he clearly really struggles with to this day very blatantly and its so fucking depressing.

It's clear he's naturally a little on the heavier side (by kpop standards– by general healthiness standards the natural weight he gravitates to seems perfectly healthy) and he has developed a pretty blatant eating disorder that he and the other members talk about fairly regularly and take extremely lightly, and as someone with a similar disorder it's just awful to see every time.

I'm not really surprised this has progressed to plastic surgery especially since Seventeen on the whole have recently been getting a ton of work done and Hybe's definitely got some complex about noses.

Hearing the way he talks about himself breaks my heart  there was an episode of going seventeen where the members were talking about how he would hide whenever he would eat something unhealthy, so that his members wouldn't see him. The thought of having my eating habits aired out to the public like that is so triggering. Also the way he shames himself after indulging reminds me so much of when I struggled with disordered eating/thinking

I mean in SVT the only ones who are speculated to haven't touched their nose are Mingyu, Woozi and Vernon, no? That's like 10 out of 13 having something done to their nose, which is a majority of the group. And they all touch their face one way or another anw... Well the whole industry is. It's sad but it is what it is - a lookism industry within a lookism country.

Imo SVT and many idols around their age are starting to feel the effect of aging and their unhealthy lifestyle on their face, and are trying to "correct" them via surgeries or fillers/botox. I just hope that they go lightly with those things, no one looks good with too much work done on their face. But I guess it's hard to unlearn all the toxic things that were beaten into your head since you were a kid... It's funny, I think idols are really sincere when they tell fans to eat a lot and love yourself and stuffs like that, but they can't actually bring themselves to do so because of how toxic the industry they work in is.

I have never seen anyone but me bring it up but I suspect Vernon did something very minor to his nose, I think his nose used to be slightly softer/wider when looking at childhood photos and as a child actor but at some point he's added some projection to it. It, however, looks very good if he did do anything. Just pointy. He and Mingyu are otherwise poster children for "good bases".

this actually made me queasy, first pic looks like the implant is breaking out of the skin  i really wonder why he isn't getting this fixed? surely he's able to feel the pressure on the skin of his nose?

At least she's still got a bit of a cupid's bow this time, past time she went ham on lip fillers it was totally gone. I remember when I got into kpop I really liked how she had a relatively much thinner upper lip, it made her stand out. Those days are long gone now lol

She's still recognizable but she really has changed so much over her career

Are there any complications that can come with too many eyelid cutting procedures down the line? Also lenses really do make their eyes bigger, I used to think that Karina seemed to have huge eyes but it seems like its mostly lenses and makeup. But is it just me or did the surgeon go overboard with cutting Giselle's eye corners, anytime she wears lenses she will sometimes have that 1000 yard stare look.

I think the biggest problem with double eyelid surgery is that it can actually fail, and you can end up exactly back where you started.

i'm not sure if it was mentioned here or i saw it somewhere else but i recall someone saying jiwoong gets (subtle) lip fillers every so often and i think he got some before this comeback. they've been quite busy and in bloom was only in july so not sure when that would have been done but yeah. i feel like his lips usually look thinner

Eyes and nose are different. Not sure about her lips, could be makeup.

As for Karina, eyes and chin/jaw. Nose looks different too, but I'm not sure if it's PS or contour and lighting.

Well yes, this has been her nose for the past years, no? I honestly dont know what you guys want from Winter. Like make her go under the knife again and then perhaps have like half of kpop community drag her again for her “new nose” just as much as what kpop idols already have to go through for these PSes.

That pic of “karina” has been debunked already to be a random stranger that just happens to have some of her features. She has other predebut pictures going as far as elementary.

The girl in the upper right photo looks like the girl in the lower left photo. They have the same eyes, mouth, and proportions (eye spacing, nose width to mouth width ratio etc.)

In any case, comparing the two pics in the lower half, it's obvious she did her chin and eyes at least. Still pretty in that high school pic.

I'm curious now. I read people saying both Karina and SM denied it was her, but no source whatsoever.
