I feel like his very gradual nose shrinkage is from capsular contracture over the silicone implant rather than repeated nose jobs. I wonder if he would need filler to reverse this effect?

I think Seohyun, Tiffany, Key, Seulgi, Jisoo, Felix, Amber & Krystal come under this category. 

I have always felt like Kevin, Jacob, and Haknyeon from The Boyz haven't touched their faces or got VERY minimal surgery that I am unable to notice.

I've noticed this too, but I'm leaning towards him naturally developing a deeper crease from time, weight loss, making a greater effort to keep the eyes wide open (TBZ members talk about this a lot), and maybe the help of tape/glue at times? The lines aren't perfect/crisp as you would except surgery to create (rather, you see random wrinkles) + his eyelids are still uneven on certain days and keep changing like every other day.

Kevin is one of the very few idols I think would look great with lip filler if they personally desired it! I just wish he didn't pout so much haha, it can make him look gaunt sometimes. Didn't notice the chin filler but am now intrigued to see when he experimented. I also wonder if he had buccal fat removal?

Now that his new nose is settling in, the difference is not that drastic unless you know his face very well. Then his new nostrils jump at you from some angles

 

I am also 99.5% sure he redid his double eyelids as they look thicker now. There were also several posts on Korean websites going around last year showing how his double eyelids from before were getting undone, so it seems like he just redid them.

I agree with you. I'm pretty sure he had buccal fat removal because pre-nose job, his cheek bones didn't pop like crazy and he didn't have that sunken face look. Now his face shape is like a hollow skull. Def not weight loss since he was already so so skinny to begin with. 

Sometimes I wonder if he deepened his double eyelids too, but I think he did that before in previous years instead.

As someone who always stares at his nostrils because of how triangular and flat to the skin they are, I want to know your thoughts

All the Nam brothers have the exact same copy and pasted nose, so I believe him.

she's only 26, i wish somebody would tell her how fresher, younger and better she looks when she doesn't get fillers

she barely emotes at times due to how swollen and stiff her face gets

she's so beautiful, she doesn't need this

A bit of misinformation here – it's not the fillers that is preventing her from smiling and making normal facial expressions, it's from all the botox.

The surgery you are talking about is a one-time operation called a "dorsal reduction". They just slightly shave the small bump that you are referring to (imagine a tool like a nail file shaving down the bone) and sometimes remove a small amount of cartilage at the bump. It's a relatively quick recovery compared to other nose jobs since you don't break any bones on the face. You will not need a new operation, nor will your nose collapse, because you aren't changing the actual structural foundation of the nose. Nose filler is riskier because the filler is a foreign material being injected onto your nose, so there is a chance of the filler migrating or settling in an unflattering way. 

But like everyone is saying, unless you have a ginormous nose bump, it's totally natural and common for people to have this. A bunch of kpop idols have this little bump too. I think it looks quite cute on people!

His eyelids are def natural, especially since you can't surgically create triple eyelids (see the multiple folds when his eyes are slightly closed). My own double eyelids got thicker/puffy and more wrinkly like his with age (esp when I went from high school --> college).

Agree with the usage of tape to make his natural eyelids less puffy (Shuhua mentions she does this too!). Also totally agree on the epicanthic folds getting cut, although I quite like it. It gave him his characteristic cat-eye look he is known for now.

Ooh yea I kinda of see that, especially in the close ups you can see the eyeliner/eyeshadow.
