Initially in the pics you showed which are less recent-  eyelids surgery, nose job and possible occasional jaw botox- his jaw shape would fluctuate quite a bit from looking at his past pictures. However if you compare him pre-summer breeze vs post you can see he's had more recent work done (and for the worse in my opinion):

Jaw: shaved down
Eyes: epicanthic fold surgery
Nose: seems narrower and more pinched - likely further nose job
Cheek fillers
+/- chin filler as his chin appears pointier

 

He had a slim yet angular jawline and very unique eyes.  Overall unnecessary procedures; he went from being having a nice angular yet slim jaw and very pretty eyes. Now he looks face seems stretched and he's really lost that unique and masculine charm. 

Anyway 

I could be wrong about some things and I'm not really sure about cheek fillers, botox etc. but overall apart from a few members SF9seem mostly natural to me.

I’ve tried so hard to stan them, watched their FCs, their individual content... I too am seriously underwhelmed by their talents. The only thing she has going on for her are her surreal looks and body and a sweet personality (more than enough in SK) but, ya know, its SM, so I’d expect a bit of talent added to the mix... what the heck happened to the rookies in charge of dancing? Where they also threatened by the looming hand of Dr. Kim? 
 

Ningning is the only member I find interesting to watch onstage, and she‘s not even the MD, and Chinese on top of that. The rest are just so... bland? I’m just not the type to force myself into liking mediocrity just because “stan the gurls OMG, such queens even though they’ve shown nothing worthy of praise, step on my face, goddess“. I won‘t stan anyone just because they‘re hot, SM, hear me out. I refuse. 
 

Also want to add this has to be the most entertaining thread I‘ve ever encountered on Onehallyu.

Agree 100%. also their style and concept is nice and new but to me it seems SM is trying too hard with it and it comes off very forced, does anyone else find it off-putting just how staged everything is? Their instagram posts and all those fake christmas/birthday party posts and even their tiktok videos seem so awkward and rehearsed it's not helping them become any more likable

I think like you said the nose job is the major difference. He had subtle work done to his nose maybe 1-2 years post debut. He’s definitely gotten more work done to his nose post military discharge and it’s the reason he look so different. It was not so subtle this time, looks like a nose bridge + tip fillers/implant. 

Initially thought he’s done a buccal fat removal cause of how gaunt he looked but I believe it’s attributed to his weight loss (he’s lost 16kg) and I’ve never seen him skinnier in his whole career. 

He also always had a naturally slim jawline, the angle of his jaw is still intact so I don’t think he’s touched it.

With regards to his eyes, I’ve seen people say that when you have fillers in the nose bridge it can pull in the inner corners of your eyes and that could be it? Otherwise, I’m not really sure he’s done anything to his eyes as they don’t look much different to me but I could be wrong.

 

Edit: sorry forgot to add, looks like skin whitening also, he looks so pale compared to before and even when you compare him to the other members

when you look at him next to celebrities who are similar  you can see he isn't that much difference  its evident charlie is 5'10 - 

Here for reference shawn mendes is 6'2  and charlie is 5'10

Imma assume bts is lying lol- asian's tend to much shorter then westerners - in korea the average is 5'6 -5'7 

 

 

NCT johnny is the same height as shawn mendes but the difference between him and suga is  TOO DRASTIC -  suga is probs 5'5 - There is no way he is 5'8 - the difference is too drastic (if he was it would have been the similar difference as charlie and JK )

Sorry for quoting almost a month after but it irked me too much to ignore.. not saying that there isn’t a height difference, but that deffo isn’t the best pic to judge bcs the perspective of the pic is making it seem like he is wayy shorter when Yoongi is clearly standing a distance ahead of Johnny.

He just had surgery for a serious jaw and facial injury recently, I think we can cut him some slack?

I hate to be that person but I honestly think Yuna’s hips look slightly unnatural

is there a chance they could be cosmetic? to me they look slightly exaggerated and there's a lack of bony prominence, like it looks very smooth and curvy which you wouldn't expect in someone as skinny as her

I though it was crazy at first but it’s actually possible to widen hips like that:

 

 

 

she got hated on and humiliated online for wearing those hip pads (which she wouldn’t wear in the first place with hips naturally that wide), so I could see why she would be compelled to do it

this is purely speculation though and I could be very wrong

I’m actually shocked no one on this thread caught that Yuna just had simple fillers on her hips lol. And yes, you can get this done. Yuna was never shaped like she is now. The dead giveaway is 0 hipbone, the girl has barely any fat. You should see atleast a little bit, especially with how wide the hips are and how skinny she is, it’s inevitable. But you see none, it looks smooth an unnatural. She wore the hippads for a reason lol. If she was shaped like this she would’ve never needed to do so.

I’m just happy she did something non-invasive. But it’s so obvious it’s not natural lol. Atleast people can give it a rest now.

for thinner people where a fat transfer isn't possible, they do a silicone implant. I looked into it a bit lol

The first kind are the ones I assume most idols are wearing since they’re probably more comfy and they have the second use of being safety shorts but the second kind would be for more revealing or difficult outfits like low rise pants Yuna was wearing. Korea honestly goes crazy with the hips pads, they have so many kinds, I thought of ordering a pair for myself off of yesstyle lol. Anyway let’s not forget how in second gen, every other group had these ridiculously short hot pants and still many idols from back then admitted to using padding (Dara was one iirc). Go back and look at some of snsd’s hoot stages and tell me they didn’t have padding on lol. 
 

The problem seems to be that fans think that padding is optional. Or that it’s only done from time to time. Soobeanie on YouTube spilled that body surgery wasn’t that common but every time she was on stage she had some sort of padding on and it eventually messed with her perception of her own body. Every. Single. Time. And she was part of a group from a small company that had very little attention. You think these huge groups from huge companies would let their idols go on without padding? 
 

I think Jennie, Yuna and Momo get unnecessarily picked on for this when the reality is that all idols are wearing them 24/7. Even male idols are constantly in shoulder pads like cmon lmao. It’s more noticeable with someone like Jennie because the difference without them is quite drastic and it’s noticeable with Yuna and Momo because their stylists have given them hip pads that were way too big and ill-fitting. But of course you only notice padding when it’s done incorrectly. It’s time to stop treating it like a sin because even western artists who are already gifted in the body department like Beyoncé or Meg the Stallion will have padding and shapewear on when it’s time to be on stage. Yuna’s padding isn’t really creating a whole new hipline, there’s many used for hip pads. Could be to hide excessive weight loss, hide hip dips or just simply make the clothes fit better. Yuna obviously has a nice natural body but the answer for why it keeps changing is really just that simple.
 

 

I'm sorry but I have hard time agreeing with you re the hip pads. The entire reason she got so much buzz and managed to dispell rumors etc is because she wore the very low rise jeans and exposed the lower part of her abdomen. The area from her waist down itself curves from a small waist to wide upper hips, and that width just before the hem of the jeans is what makes me suspicious more than anything, regardless of whether or not she's wearing hip pads

Like the widest part of her hips starts just above the hem of the jeans and looks unnatural esp in that last pic

& it then curves seamelessly along with the jeans whcih are very tight fitting making it unlikely (to me) that she's wearing hip pads 

i'm well aware of idols in 2nd gen wearing hip/bum pads, but i'm yet so see anyone wearing them with jeans as low as Yuna's- i think it would look very unnatural

(Also sorry I didn't realise you could get fillers rather than implants for hips, it's a relatively non-invasive procedure so it wouldn't surprise me if that's what she got done)

I can see the thing with the eyes, and for the nose, i think he narrow and give more of a pinch look to the tip of his nose (like the late trend we are seeing )

eyelids alone wont change you that much

 

between high school and uni: this pic looks edited but at this point i think all she had was eyelid work and lateral canthoplasty? possible jaw work. she had a button nose naturally
