However if you choose to vote within the artist thread, then the artist thread representative will have the task to create TWO threads advertising that voting is occurring - 1 advertising that the thread is taking picture recommendations, and 1 saying voting is happening now. Both these advertisement threads are to go in the Random section. Moon chae won pictures recommendations are being taken in the"official Moon chae won thread" for the "Moon chae won" Badge/Award. You can suggest pictures there.
