Its not that bad :D Not their usual sound just different, but yeah a lot of people don't like it.

I didn't know there were so many fans that didn't like Baby action :(
Tbh, it took me a while to listen to it, but after I did I was really into so many songs.
One of their best albums IMO


About the new single, I watched the MV and I really liked it, I'm just waiting play-asia to announce it to get Type-B

I do like BA but I can see why most people didn't like it cause it has a more "pop" kind of sound but I still liked it. One of my faves from BA is Tokyo Skyscraper. You?

It's hard to choose only one song from BA, but I really like Appletachi no Dengon, Tokyo Skyscraper (YES!!! lol) and Sparkling.

 

I didn't listen to the new single so much, so I can't say I'm already in love, but from the first listen I know it'll grow on me. And before that, I still have Queens are trumps on my shelf unopened... It always take me a long time to listen to Scandal albums, but when I do I always end up addicted lol

 

My favorite member is Tomomi! And favorite song, is not only one again, Shunkan Sentimental and Pride.

Of course I think Tomomi is gorgeous, but I also like so much her voice. If you are listening Scandal for the first time, it's possible to find it odd, but after knowing the band and their songs better, there's really something about her voice that makes everything wonderful lol

 

But I have to be honest, I didn't like Dobondobondo or Almond Crush :P

I guess they went to far on these ones lol

 

PS: Would you be mad if I told you that I also have Pin Heel Surfer closed :P

Different strokes for different folks. ;) I really love all the singles from BA (Pride, Haruka, Love Survive) but the album only songs just don't do it for me. I don't know...most of them sound too pop-y and cutesy for me. Except for Burn, that song is dope.

Yeah, I know what you mean, a lot of folks like more the rock side from the beginning.

The funny thing is that, except for Pride, I'm more into the other songs of the album than the singles :P

A fan here, my fav Japanese girl group/band along side MM!

Honestly, they're all gorgeous but my favs are mainly Rina/Haruna.

I think i have an extra sealed limited edition copy of their compilation best-of album (SCANDAL SHOW), maybe i'll start a giveaway in a future regarding that

Anyway, i'll try to be more active here if i can heh.

Hi~ No worries, i'll try to visit every now and then.

Oh, regarding that i accidentally clicked/selected 2 copies instead of 1 copy when i was purchasing it online last year, i forgot to check as well.

But it's out of print everywhere so that's great hah (now it's very valuable), though it cost me an extra 60-70$ if i remember correctly :(

Brown hair really fits her well, I was not a big fan of her blonde phase.

You're right, I only started paying more attention to Mami after she turned blonde.

But I have the same problem... Scandal youtube channel is even blocked in my country!

oh..well, actually just youtubing or googling Scandal brings me to all types of other Scandals   

i might have to learn the japanese characters...

 

but is there anyway to get the right Scandal?..just typing Scandal gets me to silly celebrity Scandals (most of them Justin Bieber related)

True but compared to buying at the Japanese store I go to its a hell of a lot cheaper. Do you usually buy J-pop CDs here?

There's a big Japanese community in the city where I live, but I never really searched in the "Japanese neighborhood" to see if there's a store selling Japanese music albums. I only know there are a lot of places that sell authentic Japanese mangas and food products.

 

In the end is easier to buy it online. For Japanese albums I only tried cdjapan and play-asia. Cdjapan have some external bonus most of the times, but their price + delivery is too high. So I always ended up on play-asia...

 

And there's even a Japanese store to buy in your place? Do you mind if I ask you where you live?

Since I have gone through the same trouble that you when looking for Japanese/Korean stuff, I have some words saved to search some places lol

In the end, I use some of them so often that I can recognize when I see the name of a video file or some news headlines related to the groups I like.

Yeah I know, there are a lot of J-pop fans in Brazil even for K-pop as well. Its cool.

I've seen prices in CDJapan or...I think it was Yesasia...but prices are cray. Its like I want to buy it but not at that price. Japanese stuff is already expensive and then they wanna add shipping and taxes

 

I live in New York and the Japanese store I go to is called Kinokuniya...but I feel a bit awkward going in there at times because when I go in is like I'm the only American with a bunch of Japanese people. And then they all stare at me.

I know exactly how you feel, when I go to these places, they are full of Japanese descendants, I'm the only one different.

You almost don't feel welcome, like if you were doing something wrong...

And is good to see they are going to have a collaboration on MF, that show is great because of these stages.
