He's faced a lot of restrictions from broadcast in the past (must tape all his tattoos, water down choreography, etc.) and kpop fans don't really care for him anymore because his music is too 'westernized,' so he doesn't bother with promoting on music shows. Last time he went on (for So Good promotions), he had 4 or so performances but got mysteriously dropped as 2PM started promoting. Thanks for the info. I did notice when he was on running man earlier this year just how much was covered or blurred out...so many tattoos...that would be a big hassle.
