How stupid can you be to put a lit match on a PLASTIC bag full of crumbled PAPER, then move the bag of fire next to WOOD and put a bunch of CARDBOARD boxes on top of it to make the fire bigger, then throw a cup of water full of oxygen to fuel the fire and open the window (?) to let all the oxygen of the world get in so that fire spreads even more.
