(Hi had longevity and a very good download number for a rookie group's follow up, and Ah- Choo is currently fluctuating between 30-70 on most charts and could possibly carry on Hi's legacy and settle in top 20-30 after a week or two of promotion.) 2. They have the undisputed best physical sales of the current rookie girl groups out right now. (the Lovelyz8 album was even #1 on that one chart that counts album pre-orders for a time) 3. They have a sizable, growing fanbase (their manly fanchants this promo cycle ain't lying. I remember at their debut showcase there were only girls. now they're getting popular with the boys too. and lets not forget, they have the most fancafe members among current rookie girl groups. I am not counting Mamamoo and RV as rookie groups, just as new generation groups. this is also kind of a direct response to threads earlier discrediting the group. GF***** has two songs that have done very well digitally. I do think it is fair to put extremely good digitals slightly above moderately good digitals + "good for a girl group" physical sales, but to say what Mamamoo and GF***** have achieved is 1000x greater than what Lovelyz has achieved is a little much, isn't it? in all honesty it's Red Velvet small wall mamamoo GF***** smaller wall lovelyz Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's actually Mamamoo and RV fans who say they don't consider those groups rookies. Meanwhile everyone seems to accept that Lovelyz are still rookies. This isn't ethereal's logic, this is OH and kfan logic. It's about perception, Lovelyz aren't a year old yet and they haven't hit #1 so people think of them as rookies. I set RV, Mamamoo, and GF***** at the top and then proceeded to explain why Lovelyz is right behind them in comparison to other rookie groups. And the fanchant are not lying that they're still gaining more fans. It's only OH who hate them because of what? Because people here are jealous. They're jealous to see lovelyz rising. Flop? kittensoo 1,246 Posted October 4, 2015 Share Posted October 4, 2015 everyone who says they're flopping are probably the ones who thinks they are expert at showbiz business when they fact is they know barely 10 percent of it. and maybe they're other gg's fans who really want lovelyz to flop so bad so they could boost their ego about their faves' achievement (so petty) or big 3's rookies fans who thinks rookies always get successful right away once they debut but seriously did people forget that lovelyz have only debuted for 10 months? and they have been hit by scandals bigger and harder than a lot of other groups, the fact they're still doing this well and still managed to stand still is an achievement itself.
