[+404, -17] Nevermind the ranking system, I just want a more variety of music. Ever since all these idols came out, I haven't watched any music shows. 2. [+300, -10] Yup, take them down. They're only there to cause fan wars. 3. [+271, -21] Does anyone still even watch music shows? 4. [+248, -9] Might as well take them back down if there's no way to make a combined chart like the Billboard.. 5. [+60, -14] Music shows are all about having the most powerful and wealthiest company to back you ã…‹ These charts definitely need to be shut down 8. [+50, -6] Music shows are only for huge agencies, idols, and their fanclubs 9. [+45, -5] I've stopped watching idols fight it out on music shows a long time ago... I don't think they realize just how irrelevant Korean music industry is without idol~ Not to mention If not k entertainment...why would you even care about korea? They don't have much to offer. May seem rude but game and samsung bring not attention to them as a country. I mean atleast now more people know SK is different then NK. 15 year ago not many knew that. They let them organize getting tickets to GO TO the music shows. That's not right. I think the show itself should decide the winner based on sales, popularity, etc. And just have some music-minded judges behind the scenes. They think music show ratings are bad now? get rid of the ranking system, ifans will eventually just tune out, that's an appeal to ifans to these shows to begin with. What's the point of watching if I cant vote for my fave or see if they win or perform? (aslo ppl buy alot of albums physically or digitally to support their artist to win). Lbh, must of us feel great knowing that are faves won #1. Popularity contest or not, I actually like watching some rookies perform, and see get their name out there, it's hard enough as it is for them, take away music shows/rankings that's just one more major source they can't use. You think getting rid of the rank will automatically not make the already popular groups win?? really?? Just bc you dont like watching music shows, doesnt mean you have to ruin it for rest of us. Skip the channel, watch something else. I honestly think it's nice to have an award to show that your hard work is paying off, whether your from small or big company. Ppl always say that the music shows are too saturated with idols but would you still watch if it was filled with ballad and folk singers? probably not. Lets be real, music shows including rankings are part of the appeal to ifans and hallyu wave --- you feel like you have some sort of impact on the success of your idol even if you dont live there by voting. If yall wanna go that far, then why dont they take away fandom voting rights for year end awards as well. Let's see how much ppl say "it's not important".
