BTS also has better sales from Japan that Got7. So in this two region BTS has bigger popularity than Got7. While in China Got7 is the more popular one. But international means the whole world, and groups popularity changes based on regions as well. GOT7Concerts outside korea,social media,Japan etc all suggests Got7 too if am not wrong!!! BTS sales in Japan (singles, and their Korean albums as well) are bigger. You can check it at the Hallyu doing Japan thread. Concerts? Did Got7 already had concerts? GOT7 is more popular than BTS in korea, but they have a clear gap when it comes to the international popularity. BTS still have a slight edge over GOT7 when it comes to youtube views. Thailand is like the biggest market in SEA and 4th biggest market after Korea, Japan and China. Got7 is definitely >> BTS for China and Thailand. BTS fans maybe louder because they have more western fans who communicate in English. While a huge amount of Got7 fans communicate in Chinese and Thai where people who communicate in English wouldn't see it. China/Thailand fans are more crucial/valuable than Western fans.
