INVESTMENT! ^_*

Just to have a view on the issue cuz still long way and we'll ask other people about that, Let's say someone has creative ideas for investment and the needed amount of money, wants to settle down in a certain state , being a self employed and also gives jobs to US citizens too...etc

I ask especially about north of America like which has these requirements almost>>

1. Welcome new investments.

2. Low crime rate, cool weather and friendly people.

3.taxes rate isn't skyrocketing (but not a most option)

My first mind is the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, Washington), although I am not really familiar with the tax schemes there. From what it sounds like you'd want to do, you might be interested in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program (if you are just looking to invest and use that as a way into the country). It's a faster way to permanent residency and all of the privileges that come with it, provided you have the capital.

Hm, I'd look at the northeast states and maybe some places in the Pacific Northwest (excluding cali)

Speaking honestly. The Pacific Northwest states are generally a good bet, most especially Washington.

Houston Texas' suburban has extremely low property values compared to pretty much everywhere else, so that area'd be a solid investment if you have the start up cash for it. Morgage rates are finicky though.

North Dakota's going through an Oil boom right now as well so that might have pretty decent job opportunities

And Louisiana is kinda sorta finally getting its shit together after all those disasters.

Nevada binch the best state hands down is Navada ho

Low crime rate - Nevada

Tons of budgets for school- Nevada

People also smoke less here

Our weather may suck but you'll see a ton of tan people and that's beautiful

We aren't in a serious drought like California

We aren't racist like Florida and those other southern states

We aren't busy like NYC

We aren't forgotten about like Virginia, all the Norths and Souths, Kansas' twin, and the other states not worth mentioning

We have Las Vegas where you can gamble (if of age) and we have the best schools in the country!!

We be getting that [̲̅$̲̅(̲̅100)̲̅$̲̅] [̲̅$̲̅(̲̅100)̲̅$̲̅] [̲̅$̲̅(̲̅100)̲̅$̲̅] [̲̅$̲̅(̲̅100)̲̅$̲̅] [̲̅$̲̅(̲̅100)̲̅$̲̅]

Out of 10 Nevada is a 12

Just kidding. Idk what the best state is
