Whenever I try to access a website, it is always redirected to some advertisement pages, even 18+ ones... What can I do to get rid of those? I'm close to throw my laptop away because of this. monologue 2,484 Posted September 26, 2015 Share Posted September 26, 2015 on firefox you can also tell it in the browser settings to prevent all redirects until you ok them. THis does mean that you will have to ok certain redirects manually when you are doing things like buying something online. It's a good backup if your adblocker is off on certain websites or it doesn't load fast enough when you restart your browser or if a redirect happens that doesn't get picked up by adblock as an ad there's no way to block redirects in chrome settings because google has a vested interest in redirecting you to their ads Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
